saseong, standards at your school may not be nearly as high. Master yourself and your techniques, and your opinions might actually be worth something. You have much to improve upon in your kicking and breaking... but start with being humble first...

@flipkick1 Nice. It's always good to see some original movements. These self-defence demos are always a hit with an audience. I particularly like the modified MMA crucifix lock at about 1:00 :-)
The song is "Ladies and Gentlemen" from the band Saliva. Having said that, I expect to see it used on a lot of other videos in the very near future. Hard not to. It really is a great song! Thanks Oscar.
