To all users who said it's Crankcase, I'm sorry for the confusion so I changed it. To you other users who say it's Enforcer, if you've seen the toy line for the Dreads you would know his real name is Crankcase, so quit saying it's Enforcer!

IDK if that is Crowbar because ONLY the Vehicle mode looks like Corbar but what happened to the tubes on the back? Crankcase has short tubes on his head and Crowbar has many long tubes on his back. Why would Crowbar only have the correct Vehicle Mode or is that Crankcase?

Crankcase and Hatchet are not playable in TF3 but crowbar is named 'enforcer' in the game, in the campaign, you, as mirage team up with bbee and got to defeat the enforcer
