I just wanted to say that I have IMMENSE respect for you and what you went through. I am genetically a girl but I've spend most of my life hiding because I was seriously abused as a child.My mother HATED the fact I was born a girl (and so did my father) and he ended up molesting me as a way to "punish" me for not being born a male.You helped me SO much via your videos. You still take pills? or do you use gel/patches now? it's less stressful on the liver that way, the liver will produce a substance on oral estradiol that results in blood clotting. Anyway, older MTF usually are given patches due to this. (clotting risk increases with age)

If you mean reduce muscle mass, then yes, taking female hormones will make you have less muscle mass over time, but it can take a year or two to really show.

It's best to get laser before hormones, in my opinion. Hormones do make your hair lighter. However, laser works best on darker hair. Hence, you'll kill more hair when off the hormones.

You can take injections once per week or per two weeks, as opposed to everyday. Injections are also safer and pose less health risk.

I'm not going to get "voice therapy", since the services from some kind of expert will obviously be too expensive. I will probably do more practice at some point, and perhaps get vocal cord surgery if I deem it necessary. Oh well. For that matter, I don't sound the same everyday... Maybe I need to pay more attention next blog.

I've never tried this before, but this MTF lady Andrea sounds exactly like a female and she has a FREE program that can help you with your voice. I would be careful with vocal surgery because they could literally leave you speechless.
