  • lol that looked like a lot of salt X3

  • i cook this last night it was great, i love how your in detail into how much of every ingredient to put in. You made me look like a pro chef last night lol. thanks again

  • Okay, I have it simmering now, let's see how it goes.

  • Looks really good!!

  • Hey...when your adding the meat, onion, and peppers...you never say what temp to set for the simmer duration. What was it?

  • nice dish man..i think i can smell it through the screen..i agree with the no broth or bean juice

  • Friend It looks good. I would add about 6oz. of a dark beer to it.

  • If you love the food you cook, enjoy it. Cooking is an experience and if you enjoy it, cook it!

No matter what anyone says about your technique or your recipe, cook it if you love it. If you perfect it, good on you.

  • may i ask why you didn't start by browning the meat directly in the dutch oven before dumping in all the other ingredients? all the browning bits and flavor just kinda stayed behind on your pan. :(

  • great job, looks hearty and keep up the great work. Thanks for the post

  • Looks like a very hearty meal. Awesome video. I shared it :)

  • Chili like you made comes in two different styles, chili with beans and chili without beans. So there is no wrong or right. It just depends on whether someone wants chili beans or just plain chili. :-)

  • I liked it.

  • I also don't put chilies in my chili. I pretty much make mine like yours except I add pinto instead of kidney. Thanks.

  • How much does it cost to buy all these ingredients

  • you did a great job! upload more videos!

  • thank u!!!!

  • lol u look like you were going to thur up

  • Nice! I think I'll try this tonight.

  • I made this today tasted good!(:

  • chorro

  • tried it tasted great but horrible chorro

  • I am using your recipe since it is fast and basically simple for starters like myself. I'm adding some other suggestions. I'm learning so much about chili while doing searches. I now I have to go out and buy the chili powder, LOL and parsley. It's a first for me. Wish me luck! And thank you! For non-beef eaters, there is a product called "crumbles" it looks like chopped meat already cooked and frozen. I eat it instead of beef.

  • Thanks . I'll try this one day).

  • Don't know about the chili but the wall paper is making me dizzy!

  • Thank you so much I have been looking for this 4 ever my mom past away two years ago and I never got to ask how she made her chilli and yours is very simalar. Thank you.

  • ok recipe, horrible technique (i.e., no technique)

  • @thinkbigize Thanks for the comment. What is one thing I could do to improve my technique?

  • @carlblemming onions and bellpepper can be sauted together everything else is fine with your technique, i think

  • @carlblemming improve the knife skills for one and give the dish some love, fresh products always taste nice. chilli con carnie you should have many flavours in your mouth all at once so chunky bits dont sound so good to me. and basil is a strong herb its meant to complement the dish this looks like its taking over the dish.

  • @carlblemming I'd ignore the comment about technique. This was pretty good and seems hearty.

  • @thinkbigize What do you want him to do, stand on his head? He thoroughly explained everything he uses.

  • i like

  • where i am from we call peppers capcicum

  • Fella good video but invest in a bigger knife

  • Is it alright if i add the hot peppers?

  • Very nice. Since we had kids who did not like spicy hot foods, I came up with a mild but full flavored chili. The adults add red pepper flakes and hot sauce at the table, the kids eat theirs without the fire. Everyone is happy! I really like this recipe of yours and I want to give it a try. Thanks for a great video!

  • lol,you must fry the veggies first, not add them raw.nice effort tho.

  • mate, seriously, the secret is, fry off ya herbs, never put them in raw like that, they make it bitter, any chef could tell you that, as i am one lol

  • did not know Steven Spielberg was a cook hahahahahahha

  • man we look like we could be related. lmao. anywho looking at ingredients looks like a chili to me. chili has a huge range of styles. yours is just about how i make mine. actually tying to find a chili made with Jack Daniels, Bacon, Italian Sausage, and hamburger.

  • pllllllllllllzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me how to make chipotle lime bbq sauce

  • OK, I am looking for homemade chili, NOT MUSIC NOR TALKING ! ! !

  • Looks delicious! Personally, I'd chop the veggies into smaller pieces, but that's just a personal preference thing.

  • I am going to try your recipe tomorrow for my family. Thanks for this awesome recipe!

  • did you add any broth?

  • @eastjeff No broth. The diced tomatoes are kind of watery, but I don't add any other liquid

  • I made this chili for my BBQ there was none left at the end :) ty this is one of the best recipes I have tried

  • @hakbarahfatoush Thank you!

  • the first ingredient of the greeney leaf spice at 11:00 is parsley?

  • @4KawasakiRider4 Yes it is - parsley, oregano, basil

  • @carlblemming I tried this recipe with my grandfather and we all loved it good thing we still have some leftover to share some with our father who is willing to try it out when he comes from work. This recipe is very great and it's so tasty better then the prepared chili from the local super market. This is a Must-Try recipe it'll leave your mouth watering. Once again thank you for this tasty recipe sir :)

  • This was so good! So glad I found your video- my family thanks you.

  • Do you have to add the beans? I don't know what it is, but I just hate kidney beans...

  • @RainbowsPukeSkittles There's a lot of beans in the recipe. If you take them out, something else will have to go in.

  • marry me

  • @angel69co Aw, your sweet

  • Hey, I decided to save this video, it's the best I found on youtube!

  • Looks delicious, mouth watering! You're having the recipe that I love! Thanks!

  • @asmulie214 Enjoy, it's a crowd pleaser

  • Tutti a Tavola a mangiere!

  • looks like tasty chili to me...although I'd suggest a bigger knife for dramatic effect.

  • @FromUnderTheRock It's not the size of the knife, it's how you use it. At least that's what the ladies tell me.
