 Don't bother killing the hellhounds even though you can funel them right through that hall. AND go ALL the way back to a save room when just beyond that alley where the Red herb is there's a sewer or something that lead right to one. First time I played this game I pointlessly picked up every first aid spray and herb then back tracked to stash it all in the chest. Every new player does it. But since he or she seems to know where most things are hidden which means he or she has experience.
