When I went to Beijing, I didn't see any homes that weren't flats... Some buildings were more modern and grander than others, but all of the rooms were so tiny...
I didn't see a single house like this, And I visited so many places in Beijing, and took a train to Xian. There were no houses as big as this, but every time you turn on the TV in China, all you can see is people living in big swanky houses like the one in this.
And there were so many homeless people in the streets...

They basically just took BBT's script, translated it into Mandarin and gave it to very average actors that don't even grasp the most basic nuances of what makes the original BBT characters so great.

How does that help in any way? Yes, imitations are common, but most of them involves improving on the original.
