I saw a guy drunk off his ass flagging down sober drivers to blow into the tester for him so he can continue on driving some guy stopped and blew for him. It's good to see people stop to help a man in need of help.

I look up what I should have blown and I should have blown.04 so something is wrong with that picture you cant go by those charts bottom line if drink and drive you are at risk getting a DWI do you know you cant a DWI under the legal limit oh yes can even as .02 its all up the Police Officer look it all up do your homework its a mess up system many thousand get screw every year,

I'd bet money you didn't blow a .099 at all. Cases are coming out of the woodwork of faulty breathalyzers giving false positives, some by as much as .04. There's no way to tell what your BAC really was, but a .04 would have put you way under the limit. Here in Washington state, judges are throwing out breathalyzer results right and left for failing to meet basic toxicology standards. As for MADD, The founder herself even left the group over their "neo-prohibitionist agenda" (sic)

very true as a repeat offender of DUI...now i am into my first month with the interlock device installed....yes can not have a BAC to start my vehicle...but could be tripping, rolling, coked out....on heroin..the list goes on..have listened to many victims impact panels, respect MADD....however is it just alcohol and driving thats killing our peers> Look deep into it...especially follow the styles...whats the most popular to the addicts of our world now...you tll me
