ALOT OF PROTIEN try 30gs of protien 2-3 times a day and 60g of carbs in 5 meals plus shit loads of cals 4000 should be at the least THEn your start bulking up lol not just a high protien your just tone out
@jimbob202019 yeah but u need more protein than 60-90 k per day.....if ur 80kg (160lb approx) then u should eat well over 100 g of protein a day but u could eat up to 160 g per day. one small can of tuna is around 25g of protien.
