Its not up to the government to keep you from sticking a needle in your vein, or having unprotected sex. I'll admit that some cases have come as a result of blood transfusions, but the vast majority of cases of AIDS are because of lifestyle decisions. Do you want a government employee to slap a rubber on you every time you decide to screw around?
