DaniMart2005: Not at all, in fact the BBC is the one who issued my channel with an official 'strike' against it. Sadly i do not have any approval from the BBC whatsoever. I am just a fan who owns the DVD box sets. BBC owns all, I'm just playing. :D

But legally they can't hold anything against you. Your not selling their work, nor illegally distributing episodes with either your name on it or a link for an illegal download. I fail to see why a person with such amazing talent would be targeted by soulless b*stards like the BBC legal department.

If you ask me, you have done nothing illegal, while yes it is their content your own purpose is to entertain. Next they'll start taking down drawn images and photography.

Nice graphics but it just doesn't work without the real Doctor Who theme. If someone could redo this with the theme (there are a million versions out there, one of them will fit the pacing) this would be a killer clip. Also, since this supposed to be a US-style opening, there should be a "Created by" credit for Sydney Newman, Verity Lambert and Donald Wilson.
