Its not really that embarrasing to mispell a word like feud. The English language often makes no sense phonetically; many times a non-native speaker will have no clue how to say a word until he hears its spoken. "EU" rarely makes the sound YEW as with "feud". Also, many highly intelligent people are terrible spellers- its nothing to be emarrassed about. Hell, you even mispelled the word embarrassing.
