  • Why the H. not tax the billionaires sufficiently, so that the 'poor' millionaires could be left alone? Let's face it, the entire system is nothing but one big scam. If the idiots running things wanted to fix things, things would get fixed; it glaringly obvious they do not want things fixed. Even a moron can figure this out. The wealth of America, & the planet is very strong, the question is, who exactly has stolen the wealth, & how do we (the people) get it back? All 7 billion of us are rich.

  • I wonder if anyone or even anyone knows that the towers that were burned down were loaded with asbestos. Anyone that has done a old house restore knows what that means. The buildings were condemable at the time they were burned down. Part of them were being abated while the balance was being kept in use. That was being done frauduelently with the approval of the EPA, same agency that assured the now dieing first responders that there health was not at risk. The owner made a profit off 911!

  • The judges should be doing a lot more then throwing out testimony. They are ignoring crimes and that is a crime for a person and a major crime for a judge. When a judge is made aware of a crime(torture) he or she is compelled to arrest the perps. That means the judge makes him or herself into a criminal by not issueing arrest warrents for the people that torture. It is not enough to just disregard statements gotten through torture. This is so beyong the pail it amaze me.

  • Did that woman claim to be a transvestite?

  • They person being tortured was more then a suspect, he was a victim of a violent crime. Why on earth has that judge not arrested the people that tortured him including bush and put them on trial. A person is innocent untill in a court of law convicted. That man they tortured under the law was same as you and me at the time he was assulted by bush and his henchmen. No one especially the president or congress is above the law! NO ONE Now make that fact live and indict them!

  • The default swap contracts were between private companys. Why has the public been held responsible to pay them off? SSI is a public contract we all pay into. The default swap contract were not public and they had no right paying them off with our money! Claw it all back and indict everyone involved with paying it out. That includes the president , congress and the fed bank. They are all guilty of looting the treasury, and that is high treason.

  • I hope I live long enough to see Bush and his war cabinet indicted , tryed and convicted of there crimes. I see there crimes as one worthy of capital punishment even though I do not believe the government should be allowed to murder as a punishment. If anyone should get capital punishment someone with the blood of hundreds of thousands of murders on there hands should get it.

  • @fizzywool what bush did is nothing compared to what obama/pelosi did. I mean really how the hell can pelosi say something like "We will find out whats in the bill once we pass it" and not be removed from office immediately? How could they pass a bill that the over whelming majority of the population was against? What obama has done has all but killed America's economy and currency all bush did was get us into a couple wars. Who was more harmful to America?

  • Next on CNN all you will hear about is gun violance to set the stage to ban ALL! GUNS! This will happen people! look at the network they have built to stop 1 or 2 terrorists. Get ready its going to be a bumpy ride.

    Never surender.

  • Right F-ing on you guys! How dare that brain dead elitist wanna-be thug suggest that it was somehow necessary to bail out the same individuals who caused--by design this 'economic crisis'.To say those types make me sick is a dramatic understatement. These Jackasses & political prostitutes have hijacked America by removing consumer protections & manipulating housing costs. They love foreclosures so your trapped paying rent--forever? And when your landlord raises your rent?Hey,Someone has to pay.

  • american economy is improving thats a fucking farce! bank failures :146 so far in 2010 as of 11-15, compared to 140 in 2009, 25 in 2008 and just 3 in 07.

Sure there's alot more to the economy then that ,but u can't create jobs overnight with continued bad goverment investments in helping out companies that should have been allowed to fail! Sure maybe 1 or 2 shouldn't have ,but the gov should stay mostly uninolved in the free market, when it gets overinvolved ..well u know

  • You have to judge the judge on his own merits. It's not exactly wise to say "derp, you're on the same network as X, therefore, Y." Good luck finding an unbiased person on television. Being biased does not automatically make what a person says untrustworthy.

  • Really.. i am curious... how can we trust this judge when he works with the untrustworthy and propaganda machined Glenn Beck? How and why can the biased mainstream media have a judge on air where many people find him unbiased?

  • grow trees

  • The banksters, politicians, the owners of the FED., and Wall Street Pirates ARE GUILTY OF MURDER! How? They have forced U.S. Citizens to choose between food, heat in the winter and a/c in the summer, or buying their medications so they can stay alive, thus dying from lack of med's, heat stroke, or like the WW II Vet last winter, heat in the winter! These F()@#&R$ need to be hung from the trees in the White House lawn for murder and TREASON! They are putrid, rotting, walking corruption! $#!&!

  • 2010 Bank Failures total 138 so far, costing taxpayers a total of $21,283,400,000.(21.283 billion). We are NOT IN A RECESSION! This IS a DEPRESSION! Actual Unemployment in the U.S. right now is 20%-22%. Barry Sotoro and his gang of thugs are LYING THIEVES! They are coming after 12 Trillion in pensions, 401K's, retirement funds, and IRA's. They want you broke & dead. Period.

  • If you think money is THE most important thing in the world you're a fucking dickhead. period.

  • We live in a pyramid society and it is all about to collapse into dust.. Welcome to the New World Order.

That guy is a propaganda artist, TARP was good.. LOL

Celente is the only one on that show talking the truth..

  • We live in a pyramid society and it is all about to collapse into dust.. Welcome to the New World Order.

  • If your name is on the Building... you're upper class

If your name is on your office door... you're middle class

If your name is on your shirt... you're lower class

  • America has been and continues to be led by ass clowns. Our day is done. So much for the American dream. What will be interesting is not so much what happens to America when she collapses, but what will happen to the rest of the world when it happens!

  • @09geauxtigers

Like George Carlin said "it's called the american dream because you have do be asleep to believe it"

  • The governement did the right thing with TARP ? WTF ~even if there is no tax increase they will squeeze each and everyone through inflation hikes.

When gov't is in bed with corporations = the people will suffer !

  • The magical rich people will save us! LOL. Taxing the rich or the poor isn't a solution.

  • @1977Melville

No, no, if congress and the rest of the cartel in Washington DC just had some more money from American citizens, they could fix all of our problems. They care about the poor Negro male in the Bronx and the poor old white lady who can't afford food in Tennessee. They have good hearts. Who wouldn't trust these fine bureaucrats to do the right thing!

  • she probably does have cojonez.

  • So, in a nutshell. Illegal immigration and the 1percent get off free.

  • God only ask for 10% but our government demands 50%. This system is ruled by Lucifer. No wonder it doesn't work.

  • "THE TARP FUNDS WORKED"....what a lying piece of trash

  • @TheTruthoverlies. For those who say the alphabet soup of bailouts (e.g. Tarp, Talf) saved the economy, I would love to know what was saved considering foreclosures are now a bigger mess, the private sector is a wasteland, and more Americans are residing in homeless shelters or their cars. What was saved?!

  • @1977Melville

The bankers and Wall St. bought second and third homes in Puerto Rico and Ecuador. THEY are doing better ! They are saved , Indeed !

  • BOYCOTT COCACOLA, MOTOROLA, SPRITE, PROCTOR & GAMBLE, BESTBUY, WALMART, ALL THE BIG NAMES. BOOOOOOOOOOOYCOOOOOOOOOTTTTTT!!!!!

  • Varney said taxing over 50% was wrong, I'd say any forced taxes at all is wrong, it should be all voluntary. Imagine the government having tax drives on T.V you could buy patriot packages and get a neat title with it and a little token gift, haha. Ya you choose to give what you like not the government chooses how much to pick pocket you.

  • The taxes on the rich making between $200,000 and $500,000 being strapped with 50% taxes is a setup for the American people. As it was set with the plan to inflat the currency. A year or so into the increased taxation, most people in the middle class will probably be making $200,000 to $500,000 due to inflation. Those who today have incomes within the range of the principle tax hike, will most likely be inflated out of that bracket.

  • @jaguarclaw Hahaha, Sadatay, have a good one and remember to pay your taxes.

  • The top 20% own 80% of the worlds resources Sure no one wants a tax increase and I don't really agree with it but taxes are needed to get this country from drowning; or stop spending in government and reduce its size but that is never going to happen any time soon. Would you rather them inflate the currency and then everyone is affected but the poor get it the worse? Either way the poor get the costs passed onto them when the rich are taxed more so it seems like a no win situation to me.

  • @jaguarclaw 1. They don't have the uneducated immigrants flooding their system like we do. they actually deport you if you are there illegally, very novel concept 2. I bet you have horrible teeth 3. Norwegians are lazy 4. I see you are working as hard as I am 5. Now I am going to buy a six pack (I don't smoke) 6. You should move to Norway and GET OFF YOUTUBE!

  • @jaguarclaw Hey thanks for the bio, do you really think I or anyone else gives a damn? And sorry for misspeaking, now get off youtube and get back to work so you can pay for someones beer and cigarettes. Oh, and next time you need medical care go back to britan and get it there since it's so fucking wonderful.

  • The woman with the "cajones", typical horror show typical of modern American women glamorized by Hollywood and other Frankfurt school intellectuals. Stupid, loud and self worshiping!

  • @jaguarclaw the truth is you are a poor ignorant POS sucking off of society's tit. you know you are, now go buy some beer and cigarettes with your(our) food stamps.

  • Jerry brings some credibility to Fox.

  • How can ANYONE wish for his neighbor's money be taken from him by THIS government. Varney is right, we have yet more immorality from a tyranical government. Anyone who wants the government to steal from the "rich" should be FORCED to empty their savings account and send the proceeds to the goverment. Those in favor of more taxation without IMMEDIATE massive cuts in spending, do your part and PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS. Set an example for the rest of us to follow!

  • @MrColonel1313 From where do the ultra-rich get their wealth? Oh that's right, government. Example: Bank Bailouts. No but they shouldn't pay taxes though. Napolitano will save us, he's a patriot!

  • I do mean the ultra-rich though, like the billionaires. Their wealth comes almost exclusively from government if you analyze it

  • @dubified89 You have it backwards. The government doesn't create wealth. It taxes and takes it away. What do bank bailouts have to do with everyone who makes $200,000k/year? The vast majority of these people don't work for the banking industry. Your thesis is interesting, but misguided. Our problem can be solved by cutting spending, not giving the government more money to piss away.

  • The top 10% control 90% of the worlds wealth! That means that 90% of us are struggling to get a fair share of 10%.

  • WOO CANADA FTW!!! man i can't believe what is happening to the US...Obama took over a shit hole economy, and now he's trying to make it better by borrowing MORE money and owing MORE interest...2012 isnt the end of a physical world...its the end of the world just as we know it starting with the crash of the largest super power in the world...i just hope Canada doesnt get dragged into this producing over 80% of our good and exporting them to the US, gonna be a fun Christmas

  • @Hockeylife31 it will get dragged, and dragged in the mud at that... don't save up, lol. Learn how to barter, learn how to protect yourself physically and financially (there will be nobody to complain to...), good luck.

  • We are jewed :)

  • 600 billion that's a bullshit number? Tax on 200,000 to 500,000 thousand that's alot of tax to amount to 600 billion bullshit !!! Shit 1million people taxed at 20,000 equals 20,000,000,000? You need to tax 31 million people at that rate??? OUCH,OUCH

  • Yeah, the rich have really suffered in the US. Crocodile tears here.... the real spending occurs when the middle class have it unfortunately the "rich" reduce the salaries of the middle class to prop up the profit margin and invest it in goldman sacs schemes.

  • @Dean0000007 Haha, you mean like Warren Buffet and George Soro's who are big Obama supporters. Study Austrian economics

  • @manfries

Nah, Austrian economics is far over rated and has never been tried by any country for very good reason. It's good for forcasting problems but the solutions are draconian and are about as realistic as the tooth fairy.

There are some rich with a conscience and wish to educate the public, Roger Moore immediately comes to mind. Years ago, Warren Buffet once said that there is a war between the rich and middle class and that his side is winning.

  • @Dean0000007 Warren Buffet also said when investing always buy American, now his company is buying China stocks in the dozens. Warren Buffet is a fraud.

  • @manfries

Can't argue there, however Buffett doesn't just invest for himself, he is obligated as an agent for other investors to maximize profit at minimal risk. At that point any patriotism or sense of moral obligation to country goes out the window.

If politicians really represented the people they would create laws to prevent corporations from turning their backs on the country that made them rich to begin with. Tariffs, ripping up free trade, protecting the border are needed.

  • @Dean0000007 I agree with you on ripping up free trade. But Buffet shouldn't be going around saying invest in American than turn around and buy China stocks. Just be honest about it. If he is willing to lie about his public investment advice, he is definetly willing to lie about anything.

  • It's not going away. Buy gold my friends. I can only " hope " that people will start to push hard for the truth on all fronts. The days ahead are going to be evermore a quest for that truth, a crachendo that will rise up and explode with the power of 6 billion people....

  • Varney was wrong on this one. TARP and the subsequent bailouts have only delayed an inevitable economic collapse. Now we are faced with a choice between deflation or hyper inflation. Doomed either way. Deflation is best for the rich because it allows those with assets or who can somehow still earn money to do well and get by. Inflation wipes value from anyone, rich or poor, who keep their assets in paper rather than commodities and metals.

  • Good discussion. Celente is amazing,. We need more honest people like him

  • Fucking rights. The judge could not put it any better. And as for Gerald he's a political atheists he didn't have to say much just that it's all bullshit and it didn't work, and he's correct!

  • Looking for WMD's? Shut that cunt up

  • heres a way to save money tell hollywood to quit spending millions of dollars on stupid ass movies that aren't worth paying 8 bucks to see in theatres and paying these movie stars 20 mil for starring in them

  • Gerald - where were your balls? I can't believe you sat there and listened to these two clowns talk such nonsense. Thank God the Judge said something.

  • @jaguarclaw "You had to be an ignoramus to believe the luxury tax was only going to soak the rich," Ms. Ott said as she brushed a sealer on the door of a passageway aboard a 50-foot fat-beamed boat nearing completion after three months of fabrication. "The only people it hurt was working people like myself," she said, slapping the sealer against the wood paneling in short, angry strokes. from "Laid-Off Boatyard Workers Rehired", By JON NORDHEIMER, Published: August 16, 1993

  • Your not to smart for that your not too smart at all

  • Gerald Celente does well to point out the distinction between those in income brackets in excess of $200,000 a year - as not being "rich" - but I'd like to know, what about the "filthy rich"? Those who have more money than they could reasonably spend in an entire lifetime. Those who export their accumulated wealth offshore and deprive this nation of investment capital. Those that outsource jobs... etc. Most people who actually work for a living don't do this - maybe through the stock market

  • @jaguarclaw Your political philosophy didn't work in the united kingdom. America should never have adopted European central banking and keynesian "liquidity" policies. Always amusing to be lectured to by subjects of the crown. A man is entitled to the fruits of his labor; whether its $1 million federal reserve notes or $100. When liberals like yourself raised taxes on luxury boats on the "rich" it killed the boating industry. Nope. Tax hikes DON'T work. Google "Laid-Off Boatyard Workers Rehired"

  • The government has to stop spending and balance its budget immediately.

Cutting its trillion dollar military machines would be a first step. The states and local communities can handle benefits and care for those who're subject to the financial crisis. With these tax increases, the government will use it to spend it more on wars and bailing out gamlers.

    Limit the Government, PERIOD!

  • @jaguarclaw Yeah CEO's .. slave drivers.. leave company's making 15 to 100 million dollars for cut throating and firing people that barely make $40,000 a year (which just happens to be right in the ballpark of what every man woman and child owes a foreign entity in this country).

  • @jaguarclaw That's a damn good point guy.

  • Stop building bombs and starting wars. Then you can lower taxes for everyone. I don't know how you Americans let them away with this.

  • so if it's wrong to make the rich pay tax, is it right to tax the poor, the poor are paying more for there food, fuel, clothes, loosing there wages, jobs, so who should pay?

  • impeach that traitor obama!

  • @rednxrule

    it's democrats and republicans

    the fed, etc etc

  • If you are a small business; "No one is coming to your rescue."

If you strart to make money, trust me on this one; They gonna take a good bit of it!

  • he thinks if he can get rid of all the rich people he won't have any competition

  • Gerald Celente is a sexy beast.

  • Probably best to start slavery for the poor, at least you get a roof over your head and meals.

  • Time to leave this country before you find yourself on the stoplight at a offramp of a highway, begging.

  • The Obumma Administration is CLUELESS with Economics.

  • Varney is totally wrong; why is 50% immoral and not 1%? Theft is theft, wether its one penny or a million dollars.

  • Check out "Democracy Taxes" vid on my channel. It's a FRAMEWORK for controlling our money decisions in PURCHASING public services & employing public servants. WE are the public. Please note; the PUBLIC is to be served by PUBLIC services (ants). The Democracy tax structure is a good starting point for new collectives forced to share local resources after the "crash". The point is to vote with our money and take POLITICS (a blood-sport) out of PUBLIC SERVICE! We don't need PERMISSION to change!

  • How many of you make $961 a day $4807 every week thats what 250,000 annually looks like.So tell me at damn near 1,000 per day everyday everyday everyday shit i would be rich in a few years versus most people working for 30,000-45,000 and working hard for that not flying in corp planes sipping coffee talking about how to ship more jobs overseas for cheap labor

  • @walstreetpro2 --- it paid for college education for a child who now earns a good living thanks to that education; it pays for plane fare, hotels, restaurants, clothing. Yes, investments and retirement and savings, too --- because that is what every responsible person

  • should do with their income. Government has no authority to save, invest, or plan for your retirement --- you do.

So, a worker with $250K income spends, invests, and saves. Which of these do you think that increasing taxes will likely affect more? I'll tell you...spending. Because, investing and saving for emergencies & other needs & for retirement, along with current survival needs, will not be sacrificed.

Thus, tax increases will not help the economy.

  • @walstreetpro2 As the Judge correctly stated, $250K is not Rich --- it is comfortable. Living in New Jersey (where the job is located) is very expensive --- property taxes on an average home are $20K/yr! What is done with this income? I'll tell you ---

  • Another thing you should notice is everyone on that panel is the people that their taxes would be going up so of course their bitching but if not them then its YOUR TAXES going up and you tell me are you going to be better off cause judge napolitano gets to keep an extra 30,000 out of taxes or you going to be better off cause you keep 3,000 out of yours and i can promise you napolitano make way more than 10X your income so who would miss theirs more you or him answer that

  • since when did 200,000-500,000 every year not become rich shit i have to disagree with celente on that and another thing they keep saying rich people pay all taxes thats BS too. Cause everyone that has an hourly wage would have much higher hourly wage if the company they worked for didnt have to pay corp income tax so thats actually a tax on the employees cause they taking 20% lower wage thats a tax for sure

  • I`m no fan of Government & want low taxes, but this broadcast`s knee-jerk right reactionism, the Gov needs every penny it can get in this crisis to tackle the crippling debt or it`ll be a millstone about the people`s neck for decades. GC saying people on $200-500K p/a are the productive element of the economy & Nap saying it`s the rich who pay all the tax is guff.

I`m sick of hearing about the "middle class" all the time, America (what`s left of it) was built by the blue collar Joes` sweat.

  • Comment removed

  • @kcirdrab but the blue collar is the middle class

  • @kcirdrab but the blue collar is the middle class consider the mexican economy blue collar sector.........doesn't exist.......there are just serfs and rich

  • @andrew913s - Blue collar = working class without much $); White collar = middles class, gives orders to the Blues sitting at desks in boxes called offices, has a bit of $); Governing Elite = has the white collars doing all the work for them so it can play politics, carve up the country for itself & live off shore in tax havens.

That`s how the model works bud ; )

  • Take your money away from this rotten System

  • If people refused to pay taxes in an orchestrated protest, until government proved to the people that they were taking appropriate actions needed to be good stewards of this money, then you would see "change we can believe in".

  • Wow, I love the fast and intense style of this show. And it actually has real content. Its like Mad Money, except it isn't devoid of real content.

  • The judge is right, the USG has created moral hazard, banks now know, if they didn't before, that the USG will not allow them to fail, so some time in the future they will again take the same risks and end up in the same situation.

  • the small business owners 200- 250 g's a yr. are the ones who will be taxed ..the ones who should be helped... they are the ones who hire...but the ones who make millions will be spared ..were doomed ...but we have change...

  • GC loves his celeb. fame...MR. Doom and Gloom

  • If I had my way, Judge Napolitano would be the attorney general of the United States and Ron Paul would be the president.

  • Gerry's the only intelligent one there.

  • Did that womanly-looking creature just say she has balls? She must be a transvestite then, and a pretty hard to spot at that.

  • Stick it to the rich! Make them pay for their arrogance. The rich must be forced to pay for our progressive policies.

  • Stick with Celente.

  • @APRtunedAudi Note her very inuntelligent argument.

  • @APRtunedAudi Still didn't kick the Brits out? =D

  • 4:40....That woman says Warren Buffet thinks taxs rises are a good thing....is that an intelligent argument of an intelligent person?

  • @manoman0 Warren Buffet makes so much money that it wouldn't matter if he paid a 50% income tax.

  • @MishuTaste The question is not "what doesn't matter" because one day they'll think you make enough money so it won't matter you pay a 50% income tax. Would you work for 30$/h and pay 15$ of it as income tax? Would you? Think that what you think "doesn't matter".

  • @manoman0 My point is: Warren Buffet can promote income taxes all he wants because he's not the one who's struggling to pay his bills. He's set for life, so I wish he'd keep his mouth shut about the issue. I hate the idea of a bunch of self-righteous members of Congress deciding how much money I deserve to have. If the majority of American voters agreed with me, every member of Congress would be a Ron Paul clone.

  • @MishuTaste I understand what you mean, and yes, he should talk about other issues than income taxes. Where I don't agree is him to shut up. He's free to talk about any issue he decides. And yes, a Congress of Ron-Paul-clones would really be a fabulous thing. I think we don't really disagree, do we?

  • Stewart Varney (Wall Street shill) prepping his resume for a job at CNBC

  • Leslie Marshall "....too smart for that", but she listens to Warren Buffet and cant form her own opinion.... She's a Brain Dead Liberal Fascist

  • @frontier1701 oh my god i knew i would come down and see a comment exactly like that as soon as i hear her say that..........thanks for beating me to it! xD

  • @frontier1701 oh my god i knew i would come down and see a comment exactly like that as soon as i hear her say that..........thanks for beating me to it! xD

  • I don't have a problem with letting the bush tax expire for the rich. Perhaps those those making over 500K, but I won't argue if it end up with those >250K. Everyone know the rich will only try to make more money with those extra money, ie trade, buying gold, foreign investment, etc. Those money won't go into the US system and help the economy.

  • @pntrain5

So you're saying you don't have a problem with the government STEALING some American's hard earned money, as long as it's not yours?

    Socialism is slavery.

They might start out with the rich but your turn is coming.

    You need to study history.

  • @mkmason2002 remember the taxes are set to expire (no really stealing in this case). So you either what some gravy or none. We all know Obama is going to increase government spending. He has socialist agendas, I get. I'm just saying on this specific case, it's better to get something than nothing, so if that means extending the tax cuts to you and me over someone making 250, or 500K a year, than so be. It's all survival mode right now, so I'm preparing for it.

  • @pntrain5 Why would you assume that the money would go to foreihn investment? The truth is this is not a tax cut, it is a tax increase, The extra taxes bertainly wont go back into the economy efficiently, but if business owners are allowed to keep more of what they earn, then they will invest it domestically. not only that, more people will open businesses and the gov will collect more money if people are allowed to keep more of their OWN MONEY.

  • @jjrglobal Because, they'll not dumb like the public. Would you do them same thing? I am. Buying gold, foreign investments, preparing for hard times. If I know this, and the riches are supposed to be smart right, I can only assume they will do the same thing, unlike the dumb public will just spend.

  • @pntrain5

I think things would turn around if the government would get the hell out of the way, and lower taxes. So, No, I dont think they would all buy gold and silver with any extra money they were allowed to keep, I think they would invest it in businesses, including their own.

  • @steveninthematrix Communism is just a tool of the globalist ruling elites. Any healthy, vibrant dictatorship, or centralization of power is what they love! Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Mussolini, Pol Pot, Kim Jung, Obama, Bush, Brown, Blair.....it doesn't matter...as long as they have a boot stomping on the face of freedom, they love it.

  • Excellent video Gerald. Stuart is a shill for the establishment. Next time you get a chance, dismantle his talking points! I think there is a lot of false information in what he is saying! Keep fighting! Chris

  • 200 000 A year thatz alot of money and i would say that if some one making that there rich

  • fuck the rich

  • I had to watch 10 minutes of retards babbling to hear gerald for 2 minutes. What a waste of time.

  • @chriswroads oh i agree!! the others are useless paid off establishmentniks celente's the ONLY one worth listening to. and the judge of course. but since the judge's show went to tv from the internet the fox bosses are using it to push their own agenda and have the same annoying talking heads on like varney, gasparino, to propagandise how great the bail-outs were and to deny the truth about the depth of deceit and rot within american establ't. just think of 9/11 cover-up, enough to puke

  • We will have Nuremberg trials for those involved in the bailouts.

    Certain of it.

  • The bailouts were total theft of the American people by the US government. The banks are running the show. DEFAULT!

Use RICO on the thugs. Put them ALL in jail.

  • YESS Judge---Preach it, man. Good points. Not a question of whether it "worked" (on a problem they created), but the constitution doesn't allow them to do it!

  • $200,000 - $500,000 is rich to everyone who earns less than $500,000 - ie 99.99% of the population

  • Lelie claims to have cajones, i bet she has a penis as well

  • REV 18

  • The judge is right and I agree to let those banks fall. The good ones will take over and we would have started recovery and build confidence faster. Now we are in uncertain and more QE that will debase dollar and increase inflation.

  • The judge rocks, Gerald also, Varney lost my respect, and Marshall can suck it.

  • Seems people are too scared or mad to support Obama anymore. He is like a nuclear bomb ready to go off. Where is the Obama voters too ashamed to even say that they regret that voted for him. When you ask them they will look at you and say "Like dude you are cool!" Hopefully we can throw in some judges that care about the countrythis November. TARP didn't help jack shit. Wallstreet is like a fucking casino these days. Massive uprising against bailouts is beginning like in Europe.

  • its immoral to take any percentage of ones income

  • I have a man crush on Judge Napolitano lol

  • There was nothing practical about the bailouts. It only prolonged the inevitable.

  • @DIVERSITYRECESSION3

    Well, I certainly hope so.

    Godspeed.

  • haha, we condone torture EVERY DAY!! WTF!! who is this widbag kidding!??? Torture, illegal wars, illegal taxation happen everyday of the week. Watch "The Money Masters"!! Good luck! :)

  • I'm liking Judge Nap more all the time.

  • Greedy labour union leaders not the workers are the culprit along with generations of incompetent leaders! America needs a American Nationalist who will Purge America of its evil treacherous Liberals who have harmed the USA!

  • @marcusstarr2000

Treacherous fiscal liberals. Social liberals have done a lot of good, Liberty belongs to every person on this planet regardless of race, gender, etc. Fiscal liberals just want to give the government more power to do what it wants, namely for their own higher purpose. They are the ultra-PC easily offended Orwellian cunts who are taking over the country and lowering its IQ and making our kids a bunch of bland zombie-like pussies. They are similar to neocons.

  • screw all the banks we dont need money changers , lets get back to real money!!

  • @DIVERSITYRECESSION3

    (sigh)

Can't you people tell the difference between private and corporate?

Enterprises and corporations have completely different legal books. Your shoe store could have a bajillion dollars and you would be arrested for "bribing" a politician. A corporation can "lobby" politicians for free bailout money.

The free market doesn't work when private banks set interest rates and corporations can legally push ahead legislative monopolies.

  • Let the Free Market work! Tell it like is Judge!

  • I just LOVE listening to Gerald Celente!!!!! He's my daily dose of pornography for pessimistic people like me!!!!!!

  • Nap is a great American, but he looks like a shaved werewolf.

  • I can't stand that kiss ass Varney !!!! He's a flip flopper and changes his stance on economic issues all the time

  • go judge, one man steamroller
