obito is not tobi. it was already shown that madara is tobi. and even if it didnt, obitos right side was crushed by a rock, so the whole right side sharingan with tobi is already nonsense. and when rin left, obitos entire body was crushed by rocks, theres no way tobi would be obito. why would someone go back to where the mission was, take obitos completely crushed body, and transfer themselves into it. ridiculous.

Yeah but you're missing one important thing! This is naruto! madara is like 200 years old? He probably needed a new body. Since he's an uchiha he'd probably wanted a body with a sharingan. He'd want to keep a low profile and no one would miss Obito since everybody thinks he's dead. So maybe he took Obito's body. About the right eye part. Maybe madara used some kind of mirror jutsu or something. You never know with this show.
