really try and synchronise your left and right hand. Do it at extremely low speeds, then once your better at that, try a little faster, and keep building up once you can reach a fast speed. Its what i Did

in that case, When your finished sweeping on all the strings including the High E, Do a Hammer-on and pull-off. While you are doing that, rotate your wrist into the positin that you use for sweeping back up. Thats only kinda clear, but hope that helps

Yeah just start swith simple sweeps and play them really slow or learn neoclassical stuff, that helped me out alot. Don't listen to people that tell you that you suck. Just practice and practice. But practice everyday and in about two or three weeks you should be getting faster and learn how to pick with you actucally picking the notes. thats how I learned when it came to sweeps.

also, on the top e string, he's using hammer ons and pull offs, for example 10h13p10, on the e string, then he sweeps the bottom 2 strings using the style i mentioned below. the rest of the song is just alternate picking and simple sweeping.

the first lick is a 3 string arpeggio. using alternate sweeping (as i call it). He's using 2 upstrokes to get to the b string, then downstrokes from the g string back up to the e string. the picking motion is "up up, down down down," to effectively pick the 3 strings. you need fast fingers to pick this style of sweeping effectively, like Gentaro does in this piece.
