  • Gun control is the issue. There are some people that probably shouldn't own guns because of intelligence, but if everyone has a gun, society will fix it's own problem. The gangs won't want to mess with the people that are armed.

  • If the mad man couldn't acquire a gun, he couldn't have killed anyone. DUH

  • @MihaiBorcan Funny.... felons, criminals, get guns everyday.... I wonder how..... Oh they break laws.... so they don't obey laws

  • @MihaiBorcan Hahahaha theres this part of crime that liberals like you dont understand BLACK MARKET GUN TRADING, i bet money that wasnt a registered gun and even if it was gun laws do nothing but take guns away from law abiding citizens and make it easier for criminals to rob and murder

  • 5:15 is the most important thing she says to the ones who want to take our 2nd away from us and follow England into stupidity. Ask them or an Australian how taking all weapons has fared? The criminals now have the advantage! And the gooberment!

  • Keep drinking the Kool Aid FloydyTube. You are clueless about what the 2nd Amendment is all about.

  • You want my gun?? COME AND GET IT

  • @FloydyTube You are the lunatic and you simply do not or chose not to understand the 2nd amendment.

  • It shows that having so many guns in the people's hands means that they get in the hands of lunatics.

The video is also nothing to do with the 2nd amendment, which was about the need for trained armed militia to maintain peace

  • Embarrassed to say I missed this video when it came out. Now that it was brought to my attention it must stay alive in all of us. Dr. Suzanna Gratia-Hupp is someone I would be proud to know and call my friend as she knows exactly what liberty, freedom and what are constitution is about and for.

  • Everyone has a God given right to self-defense.

Exodus 22:2 seems to say this, would you not agree?

If someone is coming after me, HE WILL BE INTRODUCED TO A PRODUCT FROM smith and wesson.

  • I'm going to get a gun now to defend myself and my family!

  • These government officials just got OWNED!!! If there was ever real reasons to have the rights to carry guns, she stated them.

  • I agree, I carry my RPG to work everyday. Sometimes it's difficult to hold during the commute, so I just let it hang through my driver side window

  • I used to be a member of the NRA, then I took a bullet to the knee.

  • @matthias2986 lets not get confused people, FEAR is the tool of choice to keep a population ENSLAVED. Just turn the fucking brainwasher, shit I meant tv on... FEAR is their weapon of choice...

  • Criminals dont give a FUCK about a federal gun law... THEY ARE CRIMINALS for fucking sake!! Why would the feds want to take guns away from the average citizen??? Because 1 fed with a gun can control (through FEAR) 300milion American citizens without one!!! Gun control is my ability to hit the intended target...

  • @matthias2986

they can pry my gun from my dead hands.

which ever one of them that I did not shot.

  • >clip

    >calling a quack chiropractor a docotor

    stopped watching.

  • @BrendanIsCool I approve this statement

  • It's going to come down to a guerrilla fight between the citizens of the U.S. and the Federal government. 200 million vs. about 10million. Wonder whose gonna win that one?

  • You probably have lots of time on your hands waiting for the welfare cheque to arrive at your trailer. You might as well spend it calling me names!

  • @catshavesouls whooooa lol haha far more than that. there are 320,000,000 people total in the USA. so take 5-7 million for the feds and u have 313,000,000 vs 7 million.

  • @Grunt922 I was just factoring out all the federal sympathizers and cowards. But I appreciate you making sure I had all the facts.

  • All that spiel above serves to reinforce the idea that an armed population gives you more nutcases who commit mass murder. Doh !

  • @ilikezappa You are such a dumbass, I shouldn't even be wasting my time on you with this comment.

  • I was arrested in CA for carrying my legally owned UNLOADED handgun in my pack while backpacking out in the wilderness. After about a year in court and a lot of money wasted. They dropped the charges to trespassing and destroyed my firearm. Good job CA! you morons.

  • WOW!!!!!!

  • a guy rams through a wall shooting like rambo. "damn its a robbery"

  • good for you girl. I live about 15 miles north of the mexican border in southern arizona. I truly understand your beliefs and support them

  • politicians AND judges that betray the 2nd Amendment must be taken out God Bless Dr. Hupp and GOD BLESS THE USA!

  • politicians AND judges that betray the 2nd Amendment must be taken out

  • politicians that betray the 2nd Amendment must be taken out

  • exactly, great words Suzanna!

  • Suzanna, your message has been heard!!! Thank You sweetie!!!

  • I don't know WHO will come and try to take my guns.

I don't know WHEN someone will come and try to take my guns.

I don't know that it will ever happen.

All I DO know is that NOBODY will ever take MY guns away from a "living" man.

It won't happen if I am still standing.

This is not a threat pointed towards LEO or the Government, it is just a simple statement of fact.

I have owned guns for ALL of my Adult life and I have never harmed ANYONE with ANY gun at ANY time.

I am a "Legal" gun owner.

  • I own guns, I shoot guns, I obey the laws with my guns...God help me if I ever have to use them to defend my right to own them, because God is the only one who can take them away...be ending my life....

From my cold dead hands...is the only way "They" will get them...

    E1

  • @WatchMyMadness Maybe you should be checked for narcolepsy? Either that or you are just another Youtube troll... you should just listen to what she is saying.

  • @HatrXx78 I did listen to what she had to say and I agree with it 100%. However that does not change the fact that her testimony was very long and drawn out. It would have been preferable if she said everything much sorter and more to the point. In my opinion she spoke awkwardly and just kept repeating herself, thus taking away the effectiveness of her speech/testimony.

  • @WatchMyMadness Live thru what she did and see if you can say what she did unemotionally?

  • @WatchMyMadness

Most likely because you had a bad case of bird flu:

    WILD TURKEY!

  • 40 people would've called the police....sad

  • @Pariah235mw And 25 would be dead by the time they arrived.

  • LOOK AT HOW CONDESENDING THEY LOOK AT HER...DAMN SHAME

  • One man in this incident caused this grief.Have anybody here been on an American highway lately.Do you think they should be carrying guns in purses, etc. How does more guns help the situation.Makes absolutely no sense.Yeah i would have loved to shoot the sob myself but that emotion doesnt make it right

  • That democratic Senater from N.Y. Schumacer is one piece of shit son of a bitch...if thier ever was one....

  • @usmc2076 Agreed...Ah yes Good ol Chucky Shumer. That motherfucker was practically grinning at Suzanna's testimony. He helped pass the that piece of garbage Brady Bill back in the 90's. He's such a fucking coward political hack it's not even funny. Hopefully he'll die of cancer soon so he can ass ram his buddy Ted Kennedy in hell! One less douchebag in the world...

  • @eeyyron you should have seen his testimony from waco texas senate hearings...he almost got kicked out by his fellow senaters for disorderly and being out of line....fucker will have some serious explaining to do when he meets his maker....thats for sure...he is the main reason for everyone that fears and hates their government....along with obama...and his "CHANGE"

  • @usmc2076 i think he's actually a bitch...code name "Chuck You"

  • It's usually those who have lived very privileged lives try to control those who haven't. Respect America, question the government.

  • If you would like more information on just exactly what the authors of the Constitution intended, you do not have to rely on modern opinions. The framers wrote extensively about their intentions. One collection of these writings is found in The Federalist Papers.

However, anyone with a fourth grade reading level should find the Constitution a fairly easy read. To really understand what it says, begin with the Declaration of Independence. That is where one discovers where our rights come from.

  • BTW, the videotape Susanna mentions (the guy protecting his property by just showing "assault rifle", - I saw that on youtube. I even have that bookmarked. Guess what? It was removed from youtube. Guess why and how that happened. I don't mean some formal reason "account doesn't exist..." I mean real reason and the forces who made that happen. Do your own brain work on that.

  • The only trouble with the Constitution and Second Amendment I have is:

I can not read them though they are written in plain English language. I have to only accept what the Supreme Court interprets for me from them. And this is lame!

  • DOES THE CONSTITUTION OFFEND YOU?

    CALL 1-800-LEAVE-THE-USA

  • @ichy10462 I called, the recording said "All circuits are busy"...

  • @ichy10462 you should call 1800imanasshole

  • If Congress claims that assault-weapons have no defensive use, why does the military issue them for national defense?

That's a pretty stupid argument.... stupid like a fox, since they want to DISARM the people at every turn.

  • LIKE THE PHUCK OUT OF THIS!!! TRUTH ON!!!

  • How about we let all Americans have guns IF we cut the police force and military in half.

  • this is my fav video of all time

  • anti-gun control but pro-drug war?

if you are you're a hypocrite

  • @IcyScythe exactly.

  • who ever dislikes this video is a Wiener, is related to a Wiener, has Wiener like views and doesn't love America but his/her Wiener little state over there in the east. They're here to destroy American culture, society, and history. These Wieners are clever swindlers of history & We The People. These Wieners cry racism & are the first to commit acts of terror & racism against us all, even if it's psychological through media manipulation & hollywood lies. We MUST fight against the Wiener pricks.

  • Suzanna Gratia Hupp IS a modern day AMERICAN HERO!!!! Spiderman? Superman? Batman? That's what these Hollywood zionists want 4 ALL Americans to look at as heros. Well I'm here to tell you here, today. SUZANNA GRATIA HUPP is MY AMERICAN SUPERHERO!!

  • I try & fight hard not to find this woman SO sexually attractive due to her assertiveness, courage, Patriotism, and strength. So as I put things into perspective & view her in an objective manner, as a strong woman, I cannot help but admire her. She IS America. God bless her strength, her patriotism, her courage. As law-abiding American citizens, we MUST learn from this woman's experience. Her views R very real in what's going wrong with our manipulative, Jewish agenda in America. Look up truth!

  • far more lawless?? wtf?

  • @MrAmbrister Did America have a nation wide police force when the 2nd amendment was written? No they didn't. So carrying a gun made more sense back then. Now it doesn't.

  • I love this woman, and i think all liberals should watch this

  • Remember,

When seconds count, the police are just minutes away.

  • Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; they are the peoples' liberty's teeth.

    George Washington

  • @brosephcar66 This is 2011, a totally different world. Or are you still riding horses finding Indians?

This is not the wild west. Guns solve nothing.

  • @ojideagu

How does the date change the significance of guns?

  • @AuxKipchak It was a different society when it was seen as normal for men to carry guns, especially in America which was far more of a lawless society at the time.

  • @ojideagu

What makes you say that, other than movies and the like based on the "wild west"?

There are currently about 770 thousand concealed carry permit holders in Florida alone-that's pretty common for today.

While back a hundred years ago guns were needed due to environmental dangers which are much less common today, 100 years before that they were used to rebel against Britain, the then current governing body. That need hasn't and as far as I can see won't change.

  • @AuxKipchak There was no nationwide police force and war or an invasion were possibilities when the 2nd amendment was written. So it was logical in a new country that you might need some protection.

Those factors do not apply anymore.

  • @ojideagu The saying is that police are just minutes away when danger is just seconds away. For many people police (through no fault of their own) cannot adequately provide the amount of protection they feel is necessary, often due to factors such as distance in rural areas and due to some areas just being crappy. Pistols are a equalizer for defense as well-a weak individual can be as dangerous as a large one. Also, using only a military for defense brings the problems of misuse and cost.

  • @ojideagu - That's what the people of 1930's Nazi Germany thought, until Hitler came to power and immediately confiscated all privately owned firearms leaving the people of Germany powerless to stop the horrific tyranny to come. History, learn from it or be bound to repeat it!

  • @JohnQuincyAdams1 People of Germany powerless? The majority supported him in the first place through ignorance. People having guns would have made no difference when nobody thought anything was wrong in the first place. Most Germans were clueless about what was actually happening in the war until about 1941. It was not like today, people did not have Twitter or CNN. They thought everything was fine and Hitler was fighting a just war.

  • @ojideagu - I'm afraid that's not so, as many assassination attempts were made on Hitler. An armed citizenry is very difficult to control, as Hitler knew, which is why he confiscated all privately owned firearms. Removing firearms from law abiding citizens leaves them helpless against scum of the earth criminals and is an extremely cold, cruel and heartless thing to do.

  • @JohnQuincyAdams1 The people who tried to kill Hitler were soldiers and officers who knew what was going on. These people were also armed. The general public did not know what Hitler was really doing, their media was controlled. As far as most people thought, Hitler was the hero. He controlled the media.

  • Same with Lincoln... still is. As Churchill said, "there is no such thing as public opinion-- only PUBLISHED opinion."

The first thing Hitler did was to disarm the people; it's hard to kill someone who's shooting back.

  • @ojideagu

"People having guns would have made no difference when nobody thought anything was wrong in the first place. "

Then it would be the ultimate stupidity to DISARM them.

Those who say "guns don't help against government," don't seem to realize how STUPID they are for giving them up if that were truly the case; it's like taking off your seat-belt if your air-bag stops working. DUMB!

  • @brosephcar66 Nice idea and I agree with it, but that is a bogus quote.

  • Hey guys we've got to educate more people that the 2nd amendment isn't for self defense. It's not for hunting. It's to overthrow a radical government, or defend the country from foreign invasion. That's why we have the second amendment. Self defense and hunting come after. That's what our argument should be. That's the reason, and it's set in stone.

  • Indeed, Fuck the UN

  • For the 500trillionth time I ask you. WHAT PART OF "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!

  • @creptoin1 Here, here! These liberals will never learn. Just imagine if that guy who murdered this poor woman's parents had brought a bazooka. If she'd had her own bazooka, she could have stopped him. Or, even better, a tactical nuke. That would have put a dent in his murderous plans.

  • @acr08807 Your funny! out of pure curiosity, I would like to know if you would support an amendment to the constitution that says this:

"If a bill shall pass, from this day forward, that is found to be unconstitutional by the supreme court, those that shall have voted to pass such a bill, shall be Impeached without vote upon the finding of unconstitutionality, nor shall that person be eligable for public office."

basically anyone who votes for an unconstitutional bill will be kick out!

  • @creptoin1 I would not. I'm not interested in tinfoil hat amendments.

  • @acr08807 ask yourself this, do you support the constitution? If the answer is yes than you are supporting a gigantic "tinfoil hat". All I am asking is, if you alone had the choice to have or not to have this amendment put in place, would you? and why?

  • @creptoin1 Exactly. They will never understand this part because they are beyond understanding.

  • "The 2nd Amendment is not about duck hunting. It's about our right to protect ourselves from all of you up there."

Suzanna hit the nail on the head. She gets it.

  • Norway probably mist her advice the past 20 years, 84 deaths?

  • That's the problem.... she says we shouldn't be mad at this guy, cuz he's like a rabid dog. So, lets treat these idiots like we do rabid dogs. PUT THEM DOWN! At least this a-hole saved us the cost of a trial and housing him for years!

  • She only testified on behalf of gun control laws because she was a Conservative beforehand. It's just a matter of how you look at it. You could have said "Well, if the shooter hadn't been able to get a gun in the first place, this never would have happened" and used the situation as an example of why gun laws were stricter. Your interpretation of a situation is often just a reflection of your prior beliefs, whether they be liberal or conservative.

  • @maximum411

Sorry, I meant "gun laws should be stricter."

  • @maximum411 - Dumbass.... he would have had a gun no matter what the law was! Did you watch the video? The reason she didn't have her gun with her was because of a law that said she couldn't carry it in the restaurant. But guess what? The gunman didn't obey that law!!!!

  • @bkusnerik exactly. the only people that will have a gun, with gun control, are criminals... period. I love her final statements. The only ones we need to fear, are the ones sitting in front of her. Those bastard politicians, congress and legislators. f...ing bastards.

  • @maximum411 I'm sorry maximum, but you JUST DON'T GET IT! Don't you realize.... the only ones carrying guns will be that very person. the mad man. the criminal. Don't you get it?? do you really think gun control will take all guns out of the system? get a grip!! my dear god. Your ignorance is what those filthy politicians want. if you believe gun control will stop murder? you're uninformed. look up what hitler did.. exactly that. took all guns from people, then arrested them and put

  • Respond to this video... research what hitler did when he went into austria. Promised heath care and jobs to everyone, then told them gun control will stop crime.. so on and so forth. Well he did that so the people would be all sitting ducks. easy to kill, easy to put into concentration camps and murder them all. don't take my word for it.. look it up

  • @james3000gt well said .its like the goverment wants to take our guns so they can do whatever they want with

    nothing to worry about

  • @maximum411 I don't understand your meaning here, are you a U.S. Citizen? What do you mean she testified on behalf of gun control laws because she was a conservative. Conservatives do not wand more gun laws. There are plenty that are not enforced.

  • @mp40jager

Of course I am a U.S. Citizen. Sorry, I mis-typed- I meant to say she testified against gun control laws.

  • I will turn in my gun when all you anti-gun radicals take off the locks on all your doors and on everything you own and put a sign in your front yard to let people know of your support for these views. RIP!-----living proof, you can't fix stupid!

  • Comment removed

  • @mrpaseante Are you saying that every american is civilized, sane and righteous?

  • Forcing the good to be weak only allows evil to grow strong

  • I hate all these arguments were you compare guns to cars or knives, cars are necessary for most everyone, and knives are mostly used to cut things like cardboard and that string that hangs out of you shit sleeve. A better comparison is swords and shields, if you ever need to defend yourself from being struck by a sword, use a shield, but if you ever want to stop the guy from hitting again you need a sword.

  • @yomejustacandy or you can run over him with your car : )

  • @mp40jager Haven't you seen the matrix? Swords cut right through cars!

  • BTW more people die because of vehicular fatalities due to drunk driving, simple traffic accidents, or vehicular homicide- Do we start banning cars to?

    OR:

Do we give the privilege of owning and driving a car to those we know that are competent enough to manage them? You dont ban something ALTOGETHER because SOME people abuse it. You ban it from those that abuse it altogether.

    This is going off topic:

The govt banned alcohol and drugs- look where that ended up

    Guns? the next frontier

  • @stringerboi My friend, the ONLY reason that the idiotic, corrupt, power crazed, gun hating scum of our government haven't pushed for an amendment to kill the 2nd Amendment is because we all remember what hapened when the alcohol prohibition took effect in this country. But to try and disarm the people I think would start civil unrest and potentially lead to a 2nd Civil War. The liberals are crazy, arrogant, and even downright full of shit, but they're not stupid, at least not that stupid.......

  • Civilized people dont need guns. That is true. However there is a downside to that fact- civilized people dont like to fight, which is why its easy to keep them in check. Civilized people need the police and the military to protect them because civilized people lack the courage, mental capacity and the will to do needs to be done at the right moment in time.

I consider myself civilized and i own a 1911. Im civilized- i dont go around shooting people. I will defend myself IF NEED be, thats all

  • this is a bunch of bullshit for ignorants. Everything she says is another example of why guns should be outlawed. If it wasnt so easy to get a gun, a madman can´t just go and buy one and then go in a shooting rampage, because there is no gun, end of the story, the rest is bullshit to approve on killing each other and accepting that you live in shitty country where you need to protect yourself against the savages around you.Is 3rd world stuff for rednecks. civiliced ppl dont need guns

  • @MrPaseante You are full of bullshit. You seem to live in a peace loving world in your head where there is no need for anything but peace, love, and nature. Wake the fuck up hippie! There are bad people in this world, and no amount legislature is gonna stop them from stealing, raping, destroying, and more. The ONLY way to protect one's self from being a victim, is with the very thing you hate: Guns. "...the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed", so go fuck off in lala land !!

  • @centurion205 you must live in a rathole, in civiliced countries we dont need weapons since we are not surrounded by "bad ppl". Those are a little few and that is the cops job, not mine. Even thiefs dont usually carry weapons in here, since is not the same 2years sentence for entering as 20years for carrying a gun....no guns no shooting, it doesn´t get any easier, no matter how many conspiracy theories you want to use as a cheap excuse to have the right to kill ppl. keep dreaming of murdering

  • @MrPaseante You sound like a damn liberal moron who lives over in Europe. You may not have the crime problem over there like we do, but guess what, we do have crime here. It's called drug users who steal to get their next hit, it's called rapists who assault women for their own pleasure, it's called burglers who break in and end up murdering the homeowner cause they don't wanna get caught and don;t wanna give up what they came for. I own a whole lot of guns, no one will make me a victim. PERIOD!

  • @centurion205 and you sound like an unrespectful nazi with a tiny brain repeating the propaganda like a parrot. The only difference is you have guns to kill your neighbour and incredible amounts of paranoia.......and lots less education than us

  • @MrPaseante Sorry to burst your bubble Euro-hippie, but I am an American who loves freedom, the Constitution, and democracy. I have guns, not to kill my neighbors, cause my neighbors are decent people, but to shoot and yes even kill the sorry as scumbag who would break into my home at 2 in the morning and attack me and my family to do only God knows what. "...and lots less education than us". Wow, you really want to discuss education when you come across as an uneducated Eurotrash asshole?

  • @centurion205 look redneck, when you want we can exchange resumes to check who is who. Second, you watch too many movies and your attitude is infantile, immature and dangerous to your neighbors. Third, I speak english, I have lived abroad several years in several countries, travel the world around, and a redneck like you try to lecture me? give me a break, you fool! I am much more educated than you, so if there is any "hippie", it must be you, with your slave salary and your "medicare" rofl!!!

  • @MrPaseante Look Eurotrash, calling me a redneck would imply I'm white. Guess what, I'm not white shit for brains. Just because I believe in rights and liberties, I have to be white? Who's ignorant now? I don't give a shit where you've lived and what you've studied. You could have 10 PHD's for all I care, and it still wouldn't give you the common sense greater than a pile of shit. I work for a living, and don't use medicare. I don't use socialist medicine like you probably do. Go rofl in hell.

  • @MrPaseante I always say " when seconds count the police are only minutes away"

  • @MrPaseante Look what happened to these law abiding countries. Australia outlaws most guns, the crime rate went up 60%, england outlawed most guns, the people are bleating sheep being attacked by gangs with knives. Canada not much differant. The differance here you see is, we are citizens with constitutional rights. People in these other countries are Subjects like surfs of the elite.

  • @mp40jager You have few rights. And not necessarily the right to defend yourself. I think I would rather live in a country where I have the right to defend myself and family. And yes, I now live in Texas where I have the right to defend my family with lethal force if need be. The facts bare it out, more guns less crime.

  • @mp40jager Where ever there are people that can defend themselves there are less bad guys for two reasons, they know thier victim may be armed or the bad guy is dead and cannot rob anyone else again.

  • Civilians ought to be disarmed. Armed civilians are not only a danger to themselves, BUT TO OTHERS as well! Just watch derekgrebner87's 'I shot myself' video. Leave it to the professionals, kids.

  • @CptNatas It really pains me that a member of U.S. armed forces advocates the disarming of "civilians". In most cases youngsters are taught the proper use, care and respect for firearms by their fathers, uncles or grandfathers, in my case. Leaving home defense to the professionals as you say would only result in a murder investigation. The role of police is not to protect us from harm, but to investigate and capture the perpetrator(s) of a crime....you should know this

  • @CptNatas I'm sure you are joking here. Did you see the federal agent that was teaching kids in a grade school about guns and shot himself in the leg? The police officer that shot over 20 rounds at a bad guy up close and never hit him< of course the bad guy did the same.

  • @mp40jager I'm not joking. And I consider police civilians as well.

  • so, she didnt bring her gun, and blames others for not bringing it, but claims to not care if she would get a felony?

  • @PAKMAN52 Yeah but she didn't know this would happen. In some stores you have to take your gun out, so a law obeying citizen would have done it to not scare anyone nor get in trouble with the law, yet if a person who doesn't follow the law brings in a gun and starts shooting, well the law obeying citizen is fucked.

  • @PAKMAN52 I just talked to Susanna Hupp tonight. You haven't got a clue.

  • @PAKMAN52 I have a carry license in Texas, I am not allowed to go on school grounds with it, But, if a person was inside shooting kids do you think I could stand outside and do nothing? Law or not I would try to stop children being murdered.

  • How about an amendment that says: "No guns for crazy or dumb people, but everyone else is OK." Yes? No?

  • @jd55192 nope, no good, who would decide that?

  • @TheConstitutionMan I decide who is crazy. So far everyone get's a clean pass. "uninfriged" doesn't mean "only if you are sane by some broad definition" or "only if your doctor OKs you" or "only if you have good moral cause" It means you can have and keep with you without prejudice or penalty.

  • @TheConstitutionMan

Exactly. When others decide who is allowed and who is not allowed to carry a weapon - or anything else for that matter - it's called tyranny.

  • @TheConstitutionMan It doesn't matter. Once you exclude certain people, the can of worms is open. Just like 'criminals' not being allowed to own weapons. Seriously? Laws don't protect us. Why? Because by definition, Criminals BREAK LAWS> So if they don't apply to criminals, why do I need it applied to Me?

  • @TheConstitutionMan Roger that bud. WOuldn't change anything even if they did. Crazy people don't follow laws either. I'm with you. I think, felons, who have lost the right to vote, should lose there right to a firearm also, unless they can prove that they have really and truly changed there ways. Otherwise, if your a law abiding citizen, I think you should be able to have a tank if you can afford one. Just my own personal thought on the matter, but I like it. GBLues1 For president anyone? LOL!

  • @TheConstitutionMan That *might* have been sarcasm.

  • @Kolostramin True - text doesn't convey tone very well, lol

  • @TheConstitutionMan

Well in some states, gun-permits discriminate against anyone who is "diagnosed with a mental illness" anytime in their life-- they don't have to be a threat to themselves or others, it could be ADHD, or they could be depressed after being a victim of a crime.

Gun-laws don't protect the innocent, they PUNISH them.

  • @jd55192 who decides if a cop can be a cop ? don't they make mistakes too ? should that impede them from certain powers too ? Police violence is out of hand, they shoot people should we take guns from cops too ? maybe if everyone in the united states gets rid of all the guns it will be safer, no more drunk drivers crashing into children, no more poverty causing crime, no more gangs cause we only have gangs cause of guns, get real. we will not go quietly into the night ! get real people.

  • @jd55192 already have it for the 'crazy'

  • @jd55192 Now your just being stupid.

  • @mp40jager It's "you're." No guns for you. (Just kidding.) (Or maybe not, I don't know you.)

  • That would outlaw people who said "give me liberty or give me death," and we'd all be drinking tea and speaking German.

  • gun owners this is the fore-mother of concealed carry she started it all

  • gun owners this is the fore-mother of concealed carry

  • Government's main purpose is to defend the citizen against all enemies, foreign and domsetic. Thomas Jefferson said in essence that when a government becomes destructive of one's life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, it needs replacing. The need for guns in the hands of the citizen, especially semi-auto rifles, is becoming more apparent daily.

  • "I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."

This is a soldiers oath upon enlistment into military service. Notice: the greatest enemy today, as it has always been, is not a foreign one, but domestic; where those with a lust for power would seek to subvert and make void the Constitution.

  • @HermitintheRain All military personnel have sworn to defend the Constitution, not the domestic or foreign policies of whatever political party is in office. when any politicians move to enact laws, and pursue policies that are in direct, or even indirect, violation of the Constitution, it is every soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines obligation to fulfill and keep that oath. All laws, including the UCMJ, are subordinate to the Constitution-to which your sworn loyalties are due.

  • @HermitintheRain Let's not start advocating violence now. Gun control advocates are dumbasses, sure, but threatening them with violence is terrorism.

  • @DeadFishFactory i am not talking about gun-control per se, (though that is what this particular video is dealing with), i am talking about the whole of the Constitution that is being trashed by almost every politician, (no matter their party affiliation), for the sake of whatever agenda is their interest. at what point do we say enough is enough? how many of our rights under the Constitution have to be violated and made void before we make a stand?

  • @HermitintheRain The President also swears to defend the constitution so when he goes against that , he is a traitor to our country.

  • I wish she had kept the gun in her purse. Even with the liberal scumbags that have been infiltrating Texas in the last 20 years, what real judge and jury would have found this woman guilty of committing a crime and sent her to jail? Yeah she probably would have had to pay a fine, but she would probably still have her family with her, possibly even into today. But no, she chose to follow an unconstitutional, liberal, freedom hating law that restricted her from defending herself and her family.

  • Once they get rid of the 2nd Amendment in the name of the Patriot Act, it will only be a matter of time before they get to the 1st. The 1st and 2nd Amendments are the two most important things that make us The United States of America. Our government, the free market, the banks, our whole Capitalist system in general is fucked, so it's damn important now, more than ever, that we maintain what little freedoms we have left, even if we don't agree with it.

  • Any law passed that violates the Constitution does NOT apply. It is our duty as Americans to disobey unconstitutional laws. Under the constitution we can open or conceal carry anywhere in America. The constitution is our permit! Don't forget that Federalism is treason!

  • 32 people need to move to China.

  • Brady is the extreme example of gun-ownership flaws. She and many others are extreme examples of the positives.

  • Hennard was a hero.
