@qbea5 It's because you let the green 'slime' stuff harden the second wheel under the weeds/grass I think. It happens to me on that level too sometimes if I let the green stuff slosh around.

you do understand the concept of a time limit and getting the bonus item? and its not the only way to get all three ducks, theres an 1100 point demo elsewhere on yt :)
