I know you said you are the last person he'd want talking to her, but she needs help. We only get one life, and if you can do something to help her and you don't, it seems like that makes you just as weak as her for not standing up to him. Saying it's complicated, or it's not your battle means nothing. Humanity means that it is everyone's duty. It's bad enough we don't put a stop to sweatshops, world hunger, or war. Do something for humanity here and now. Never regret it.
I do hope this girl will be able to stand strong. You should talk to her, it's the guy's buisness whom you're concerned about!
