I made the borracho beans tonight just like you showed, they were as good if not better than any I've had in a restaurant. Wasn't sure how much dried beans you used, I used 1 1/2 cups and it was perfect. Thanks so much for a great recipe.
Good job, just what I was looking for. I wanted Borracho Beans for dinner, now I will have them. I think I will use some Rotel which is canned tomatoes and jalapenos that's very popular here in Texas for making queso.
