I personally really want to see this movie. I don't know why people can't have an open mind about this. It looks really beautiful while capturing a noire feel. Of course it's not gonna be like Will Eisner's The Spirit because it just isn't. Fans of Frank Miller would know that he always adds his own twist into popular comic books (Batman for example). Can't wait till it comes out.

No The Spirit is a completely different comic written by Will Eisner one of the leading figures in comics.The only reason this movie looks like sin city is because frank miller (creator of sin city also helped make the film rendition of it) doesn't know how to make a movie any different than that. Also sin city 2 is in production at this moment.
