Stefbot does not believe getting rid of government makes people not be corrupt. He believes that having government encourages people to be more corrupt.
It is the corruption that results from lack of competition. If have a corporate (or gov) monopoly, then-
I have no incentive to provide you with products at fair prices.
I have no incentive to keep the environment clean, because you have no choice but to buy from me.

In theory this is a good idea, but if it were real competition, then it would be private vs private.
I assume you are against monopolies, as am I. Unfortunately, Government is the greatest monopoly of all. It is a monopoly on the most violent thing of all- weapons. And that is why it is inherently unbeneficial (aka "evil").
When monopolies exist, there is no competition. Because of this, "public vs private", Government will always win.
I don't respect anyone's unjustified, irrational religious beliefs. But I do tolerate these beliefs! If someone wants to go to church, it's not like I would try to stop them. I respect freedom of religion (a fundamental right under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms). And I also ALWAYS RESPECT religious PEOPLE, even though I have no respect for their religious fantasies. This is more respect and tolerance than I ever get in return. So I don't think I'm the one that should change!

Saying all government is bad is silly. Bad government is bad and good government is good. In America, you have a fundamental right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" but we in Canada have a fundamental right to "peace, order and good government". Government's only purpose is to serve the public. When it fails to serve you, you have to throw them out of power (I see your country decided to re-elect Bush). It's your duty to ensure government is good and serves you!
Environmentalists don't want to control your personal life. They only suggest that you change your lifestyle when your lifestyle destroys the air they have to breathe and the land they have to live on. The only people that I know that want to control your personal life are the right-wing religious fundamentalists (this is the only thing that unites Christian, Jewish, and Muslim extremists).

I've seen a lot of stefbot's video's and I wouldn't say that he meant, "environmentalists had a bad childhood".
I think he meant something more like, "environmentalists have usually been directly impacted by environmental problems".
