@icehockeywarehouse Iv had these skates for almost 6 months and over the last month or 2 iv been getting an uncomfortable, and eventually numb feeling in my feet starting right after i put them on. its with both skates but mostly my right skate. what can i do to fix this? Would getting a better foot bed help? i see some players on my teams use different foot beds. Thanks
Going from ice to roller, do you think this is a good entry level inline skate for the price? I don't want junk, but don't need Cadillac's on my feet for roller hockey.
@Jackylegs2k7 Mission skates fit 1 and 1/2 sizes down from your shoe size. So if you wear a UK shoe size 7 that would be US size 8 so you would need a US size 6.5 for a Mission skate. Also EE width means the skate will be wider than the standard D width of Mission skates. Good if you have wide feet. I hope that helps.
@icehockeywarehouse Would you reccomend the 2011 Mission Axiom T6 or the Bauer RX05 for outdoor play? I currently have 4 year old Missions and my feet kill me every time I skate.
Just bought these Mission T6 skates today and I have to say they are pretty darn awesome for the value. I was debating to go lower end in the Mission line but the Hi-Lo chassis is where it's at! These are my second Mission hockey blades within a 7 year time frame and I have to give credit for Bauer + Mission for creating this outstanding MONSTER skates! A+
How much of an upgrade actually is a composite outsole? I have Mission CSX Skates and theyre alright.... but my frames have bent into the outsole and are not square with the skate anymore which really affects my skating. i weigh around 210 and im 6 ft 4. im just wondering if the composite outsole will stay stiff and keep the frames where they should be
@freeskier0713 Yeah they are a lot more rigid. Part of that could be the frames as well. I believe the CSX had a two piece which is not as strong as a one piece frame found on higher level skates.
hey... i weigh 260 pounds... every pair of skates i get the chasse comes off... i was told that i should buy a pair with the carbon fiber outsole... do u think these would work?
@ThickerThanH2OTV I am a pretty big guy as well and I have this same issue. These skates have a composite outsole, which should hold up pretty well. I definitely would not go any lower than these though.
I just bought the T6's in mid February 2011. I never spend a lot of money on equipment and these are awesome! Great skates for the price. I have wide feet too, so the EE width is a must for me. My U.S. shoe size is 10.5 and I bought the 9EE following the new sizing guides with the Mission/Bauer partnership. Perfect fit down to every aspect. I'm always nervous about online ordering too, but I trusted the sizing guides and they didn't let me down. Great skates, great price.
My mission t6 skates are coming next Friday!!! So pumped

how do these compare to the Tron 80-90 skates?
Evan4bass 1 month ago
@Evan4bass These are a lot better. Better boot, nicer chassis, and better wheels. I would definitely go with Missions.

tamiyarcdrift 1 month ago
@tamiyarcdrift I would suggest starting with a better brand such as Mission, Alkali, Tour or Bauer. Much better skates.

@KyleFried Different footbeds might help. You should try to loosen up the skates just a bit.

Somebody help meee, right;
- I'm shoe size 7
- I've owned 2 pairs of skates, quads and inlines
- I bought both in size 8 (because apparently you should but them size bigger?
- And each are slightly too big but I don't mind i wear thick socks
- I'm getting missions, I'm shoe size 7, UK
- What size missions would be best.
- and what does the EE thing stand for.
Thanks alot hope i made this clear

Should these skates be baked or not?
longhornhockey13 3 months ago
@longhornhockey13 They can be baked but since they are a lower level skate, I don't think you will see much difference.

I am about to pull the trigger on these, but want to get waxed laces. What length should the laces be? I can't find that info anywhere.
Thanks!
