The ever-talented Todd, channeling his Philly Soul roots with a sweet cover medley. I never tire of his music. Five decades of comforting entertainment from this guy.
Great song, Todd is awesome. I was about 14 when this came out. I had all his stuff over the years on vinyl. Glad I rediscovered this on U Tube. Great stuff and thanks for posting!
40 years back we sat round promising never join in the madness, well i got derailed and become a capitalists, few years back @ 50 i dropped out got rid of all my possessions, TVs car moved into small one bed flat, live meagerly and feel so liberated again, that feeling has come back, im not chasing my tail and live slowly, i kept my lambreta and thats about it, net via mobile prepay, outgoings zero nearly, food heat ! still with the same girl watching our kids and grandson, we make a difference
It was 1973, I was 10 years old and this was one of my favorites albums. I was fortunate to have 2 older hip brothers that turned me on to the real music that rarely aired on the radio. My brother Alan's name is inside the original release notes. Thanks Todd.
This is one of the all-time top albums!! And one of the most under-rated/unheard of albums as well. So amazing is that he plays ever instrument on every track.
@80sVidLover - He definitely didn't play every instrument. I'm pretty sure he only played guitar. I know Rick Derringer (guitar) plays on the album, as well as Michael Brecker (sax). John Siomos played the drums. :)

great vocals here.....his range is just incredible here...probably influenced Prince too...:)

Call me crazy, but this tune makes me think of Louis Wu slow dancing with Prill.....with the Ringworld Arch above..................

キラキラした美しい雰囲気が良い。このようなサウンドが彼の作品中、あまり見られないのが、少し残念。
