It might seem a bit like something you'd say or think about, "last words", but i don't think it's suicide. That's me anyway. Plus the movie is about him moving on, and the song representing him moving on from his ex! :)

This song fits the movie really well because of how all of the instruments come together in harmony in such a way that listening to it always makes me close my eyes and actually listen closer than I do with most other songs. This song fits into Nick & Norah because the movie is about coming together with your other half and fitting together beautifully. Harmony.
