He no longer has it. I think he does get faster as he's lower on HP though. Meteor G makes him stronger since it looks like a moon.

No thank god. You get different cards in your folder once you become Black Ace/Red Joker though.

Yeah.
He Auto-Locks, though...and Lock-On = damage X2...but your folder changing on you = balance...try the Black End Galaxy!!
