This was a penalty shoot out. The goalkeeper was not at fault. The ref was.

The ref got this wrong.. Assuming it was a penalty shootout, the ball is dead as soon as it ceases its forward movement, which it did by going backwards, then spinning in to the goal. Shouldn't have been awarded..
