At a job fair I saw the rudest SOB snap his fingers on a woman's resume while he said he was not not looking for this nor that until she was almost in tears. She was nicley dressed and ready to work. So it goes both ways, does it not? Or does the recruiter get to behave any way the recruiter wishes?
