WV is a great place to live and have a family & kids. WV is one of the safest places in the World, I've been in lots of places and when I get back to WV I feel safe, don't have to worry about someone breaking into my home, stealing my wallet, stabbing me, following me down a dark street, kidnapping my kid, raping my wife, fighting with me over a parking spot or any of that usual stuff you find in big city life where you throw 5 million people into a city together its pretty much dog eat dog.
