mohammed was a big liar, but also very clever, he tried to teach the underdeveloped people in the desert how to behave in the toilet, how to wash their hand while they did not use to. if he told them do that without a justification they wont obey him, if he told them that Quran was his book no one would obey it, but he claimed that quran is from God and these stuff come from satan to avoid them
