Hey I have the same guitar, but my trem is always very loose. I've tightend it a few times now, but after a few weeks it just hangs loose again. Have you got the same problem, or should I have my guitar checked up on?

@Myth1cFtW I don't use the trem at all. I actually blocked it with a bit of wood. I find locking trems to just be a hassle. If I were you, I would go get it checked out (if you use it that is) or block it!

@Myth1cFtW either that, or use more springs on the back. My Ibanez had the same problem, until a year ago, I have 5 springs on the trem now! The trem is harder to move, but not that big of a deal, consider using lighter gauged strings too. For more tension, not a heavy or full tone as wanted, but you know, you can just not care and tighten it like every time you change strings. Which you are supposed to do anyways

@sumrandomguy1993 Use part of your right hand forearm to lightly mute the string as you tap. Like, as you bring your hand in to tap make sure that most of your arm is covering the low string.
