  • Just a great band!

  • The Po Po said we can't drink in the bar ... What a shame ... Why don't you Cum upstairs girl ... and have a drink of Sham Pain ...

  • @JakeMansonNYC lol. these guys were alot more badass.

everywhere they went. whoopin ass and taking names.

  • IRAN 1977/USA

  • when I here this song it makes me feel like I just walked into a party and somebody should hand me a drink.

  • @JakeMansonNYC I was a liitle dumb ass listening to the mother fucking Bee Gees my older brother should have beat the shit out of me.

  • I was graduating from Max, North Dakota and was still 17 with a 16 year old date. A beautiful blonde from Garrison named Dawn.

  • I was 19 years old and lived in Trumbull Connecticut. I was fortunate enough to have gone to this show. It was at the Convention Center in Asbury Park New Jersey. We were about 8 rows back. I have to say, seeing Skynyrd back in the day made you appreciate the raw power they generated. It was like going to a big ass party! Skynyrd was there for one reason...the fans. We had a friggin blast! Ronnie interacted with the crowd so much, he made you feel appreciated..really. I will never forget it!..

  • Ya know... As much as Skynyrd isn't "one person" like a lot of new listeners think at first, Ronnie Van Zandt was the essense of Skynyrd. His lyrics, his stage presence, his singing... He was a force to be reckoned with.

  • o dislikes ... looks like everyone got to the show!

  • no..they played and still do..this good live every time..

  • Boise Idaho Baby!!!! Love it!!!

  • Are these televison rehearsals?

  • skynyrd died with ronnie... don't care what anyone says...

  • @SuzieQz1962 Right on!!!! nothing can compare to them!!

  • Listen to the begining of the song. 8 clock in the moring. In Boise, Idaho. Thats right. I am from Boise. This song is about a girl. That he meet in Idaho.

  • TOP TACKLE...............................S.B.

  • ok yankees, this song is for southern boys only, but today we have a special,we will let 2 yankees listen, but u must apply; go to me wish me were a southern boy ,ask for big bubba...

  • @48perkins This is the best music around ever and its for the world and I don't care whether it is from the north south or the moon!. From Australia

  • Joe W. this one's for you! R.I.P. <3

  • that's my favorite rendition of that tune.....what a awesome band!

  • rip ronny

  • danm that sounds perfect, cant believe its live

  • Greatest band of all time.

  • @MP60 'You got that right!"

  • La polla en versoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love this song so much.... 'cause Skynyrd is the ultimate Southern American rock band...:))

  • what ever happened to music like this, nowadays its all done on the computer with meaningless lyrics,

  • wow. they just RIP IT UP. like they're so perfect live. but they have such a cool style. and each member had their own unique stage presence. so cool. theyre just the fucking coolest dudes. they all look sick and play sick. they have great chemistry. i cant say that about other bands. they were just simple men from the streets singing about honest life. i cant see that in bands like the beatles and zeppelin.

  • They all had DIFFERENT styles..Gaines was Motown/fuck/r+b/blues/country Rossington was like Paul Kosoff...Allen was a Clapton Fanatic..( Cream Era Clapton)...but IT WORKED their styles never clashed..and the thing about it was when ever you heard one of them dong a solo..you knew who it was..same thing when Ed King was in the band..They were ALL SO DIFFERENT but together it was a masterpiece...

  • @SteveGaines I didn'y know Collins was a Clapton fan- I guess that's why he plays somewhat unorthodox and sounds so good. Really from the soul.

  • @jojojosmart That's why they always did "CROSSROADS" in concert...as a tribute to the Clapton era Cream...RVZ said he and Allen and Gary sold Coke bottles and worked their way to Miami to see Cream in the 60's...Said it was the best concert they had ever seen and still was...Allen Collins also played a Firebird because of his love for Clapton...

  • One can only imagine , could they have gotten even better than this?

  • Eight More Shows was ALL THIS LINE UP WOULD EVER DO...October 19, 1977 Greenville, South Carolina was the last show...October 20, 1977 en route to Baton Rouge it was all over with..

  • Long live the Lynyrd Skynyrd Band

  • It simply does not get any better.

  • Sweet song LOve it !!!!!

  • Holy crap! Allan goes crazy in that solo!

  • gary rossington is one goodlookin motherfucker dont you think?

  • this is a great vid...to go along with a terrific song! :)

  • Beatles and Lynyrd. The best.
