I agree with you and I have seen muse in new york and at Wembly. I am dissapointed after watching this because quite frankly matt and chris should have tole him to piss off..This is music not politics. You are correct about the Beck thing. He was goofing. Matt should have told this idiot that we are a band for everybody not just your liberal friends. To be honest, if you do listen to the words of their music they have more in common with Becks views then Pilosi's any day fo the week.

Beck was talking about how he loves Muse's new record on his TV show and then after the commercial break JOKINGLY said that Muse contacted him and wanted him to take back his "endorsement" (which couldn't have happened in 2 minutes - like Muse would be watching Beck at that same moment and contact him so fast).

And btw, I like that coat Matt is wearing - it's different, and he IS trying to win the "worst dressed" award. yup "you guys" all radio people use that slang ,, its annoying - I guess that tells you I have been listening to radio people interview bands since the late 70's.. as a producer I try to get my talent to avoid the term - but it never works.. - go back and count your "you guys" and you can see after 30 years of radio band interviews - it will drive you nuts.. (i think rick Stewart in his hay day on KITS avoided it well)

That guy is just being a hater. I thought it was an excellent interview--you showed that you actually knew what you were talking about and you asked some interesting questions. Muse is my favorite band of all time, and this is one of the better local interviews I've seen of them. Keep it up!
