@DJTripleThreat78 Cop's error. They get a memo way before the scheduled shoot to plan alternate routes for emergencies. They also keep squad cars and emergency vehicles at the shoot so that they don't have to detour around and can rush to emergencies. This guy was most likely not even needed at the scene, but thought he would be a bad ass anyway and drove on by. There were probably half a dozen squad cars closer to the "suspicious package" than him.

Clearly the DC Police Officers fault! As an Emergency services worker I drive Fire Apparatus for a living. The Cop barely missed the semi, narrowly avoiding one of his own in the street and then never even bothered slowing sown for the RED light at the intersection where he should have come to a complete STOP!
