@loloste18 even when beyonce's dad wasnt the manager(when they were kids) she still sang lead. when girls tyme was under a producer HE had her singing lead vocals, then her dad took over. besides the manager isnt in the studio telling which girls to sing what, thats the job of the producer of the songs. the manager handles the business side, not the creative side. plenty of other groups had lead singers (swv for example) but no one cries foul then.
