Monica is a long time friend of mine from back in Kansas City. And I must say that she looks real good! Best I have ever seen her;even when we used to workout at 24 hour fitness center on Ward Parkway in K.C. Is she still competing? I hope so.

She can only get better;if that's possible.

To craigtinnelle, how did Monica Smith place in both the Arizona Open 2009 and the Western Regional 2009? The Diamond Girlz are excellent female bodybuilders. :)

Your very welcome and thank you for the positive comment and feed back...Yes your correct Monica has a style very similar to Diana Tinnelle Stanback...That's due to the fact that I trained diana and built the body that set the amature FBB scene on fire from 2006 - 2008. now I'm building at least two more potential IFBB FBB!..2011 will be the year I show case Monica Smith & Melissa Rex
