Ya removing the idler pulley helps alot. I noticed a HUGE difference right away.

Experienced same problem with my V2, removed pulley and have over 30 flights with no problems.

ace the pulley now, it is useless at best. Reinstall the bearing and you,re all set

I removed my IDLER PULLEY and use some SILICONE spray on belt , all ok.

You can get a tensioner for a Blade 400 that has walls on either side to make sure that the belt stays centered and will not run off the tensioner and break the belt. Fits Trex perfectly, already have one on mine
