... I saw Damian Wilson live in Germany as he was supporting stream of passion. only one man and a guitar and his beautiful voice and songs. after I heard this song I knew that I had to get the cd. I think three years have past since than and I still listen to this cd.

This version is so much better than the album version! So much more emotion and power in his voice, and it isn't cluttered by other instruments. Not even Chuck Norris could listen to this song and not cry manly tears of sadness.

His two sons don't live with him though coz he's divorced.

And his former wife died about a year ago

I knew he could sing, but every time I see him sing with Threshold why does he over sing every single song.For me, that destroys the song.That's why I've never been a fan of his voice and was saddened when Mac left.If they do another album with Damian singing lead I hope he changes up his vocal style to add to the music and not take away. Ray Alder from Fates Warning also did this, but in later albums changed it up which produced some killer albums from that group. Hope Damian can do the same.

Your right about this guy, he is the most genuine bloke you could meet. I mixed with him 15 years ago while working in the U.K. He use to sing in the pub with just a guitar and would mesmorize everyone. There is no shit about him.
