How to find out about low brain cholesterol and low brain histamin?

@hokuspokus29 Low brain cholesterol levels are indicated by low blood cholesterol levels. Normal cholesterol levels would be 150 or greater. Low cholesterol levels would be if your cholesterol was less than this, for example 100 or 50. This would be very low cholesterol. I'm not sure how Dr. Larson measures histamine levels, but I assume histamine levels are simply measured in the blood or the urine.
