Hi brother. Your video is great. Someday I´ll have a very good level. I´m a beginner I began training in november 2008 and for me there is no better workout that going to a park, listen to hiphop beats and do all this stuff. I want to congratulate you for that amazing back! at 3:11 I could see it and I was left speechless. chao!
I've been watching your videos long... they keep the inspiriation for me to keep training. I like your style, you look really serious to me and i feel so much RESPECT to You man. Like many guys said - it's amazing workout and amazing work done. Keep it doing friend, Yo man , Skorpasas !
This is so crazy. I didn't think about all of these different techniques that are possible with the pull up and dip bars. What do you eat during the whole day if you don't mind me asking. Great job keep it going.
Thanks man, i appreciate that. Im not on no supplement or wheatgrass diet, to be honest i eat fairly healthy in moderation. Egg & sausage on a roll w/tea for breakfast, turkey sandwich or pizza for lunch, whatever the wifes cooking for dinner, etc. you get my point. Check out the "Highlandaz" page for all our videos.
I checked nearly all the videos, they were all worth watching.i am also tryin to get ripped. for real strenght you need time do.keep on the good work. respect once again
Glad to hear that, that means im doin something right! Yeah man i hit the Barz all the time, thats my only form of exercise. Check out my "YTBT" page and also the "Highlandaz" page for more vids.
it's guys like you and calistenics king, harlem, ect, that have inspired me to start doing this stuff! I got a pullup bar the other day, and i've been doing all my dip stuff at the gym, i'm gonna work hard so i can do the kind of stuff you guys do! When you were first starting to do this, how often did you do the barz and how often did you do dips and stuff? I'm thinking 1 day barz, 1 day dips, alternate like that, just curious what you did :)
Thanks B, its an honor to me to be mentioned with Cali Kingz,Harlem Seals, etc.,but as far as your routine, if you just startin off,hit your whole body. Start off w/a set of push-ups, move to pull-ups,hit your dips, then finish with leg & ab work.
I see all these vids and stuff and they are awesome but i am wondering how many hours a week and how long did it take for you to start building up to all these sorts of levels?
This is the 1st video i ever did(earlier this spring) so you see i was already pass the "basic level". For years i'd go to the park 3-5 times a week so it varied, now along with my bar-brothers we put in a minimum of 10hrs a week. Like i told B, start off with the basics tho.
Much respect to you and the whole highlanda crew keep the movement going. I hit the bars 6 days a week thanks to you guys and you guys just take it to new levels yo.
Nah this is San Quentin! You dont see the little correction officers playing football in the background and the cars driving by? The gate is open becuase this is the High security area!
I hit bars here and there and can do about 12 or so reps, but that's it. I like doing pushups (my favorite) and other non weight oriented exercises nice and slow. Anyways you guys wreck it. Start a crew in L.A.!
At the moment i do allot of mixed training including some high cardio tae kwon do.
Boxing and quite allot of running, but i have started getting into quite allot of body weight stuff such as dips, crunchs, v sit's, varied press up's i probably avredge around 8 hour's per week.
thanks to all of yall og my 7 months on the bar im already doing muscle ups planche and hanstand pu stuff i never i thought id be able to do
