Persona 4 The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena is a crossover. Among other characters that will be announced, Aigis is already in. It's a fighting game a la Street Fighter and is officially canon, story takes place just two months after Persona 4 and P4 Protagonist returns to Inaba to participate in persona fighting tournament held by Teddie, somehow P3 characters will get involved.

I still hate the ending. I mean, even Atlus admits it's bad.

FES was a way of justifying the ending with "The Answer".

The Portable version put the ending into a different perspective with the "Last-moments"-thingie and in Part 4 Margaret comments on Elizabeth's departure from the Velvet Room because she searches for a way to revive Minato.

I played the Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2. I loved those games. They gave me a certain feeling of incompleteness. When I played this game and beat it I shed a single tear of satisfaction. Persona 3 was the best game I've ever played.

MC gave up his very soul to bind back the darkness that was Nyx from destroying our world, and in the months that followed the final battle, it slowly ate away at him. On the day of his graduation, he slipped into a coma and died a few weeks later. Well, sorta. He's dead-ish, his soul locked in battle with Nyx. Something about how if people stop wishing for the destruction that Nyx would bring, he could come back. It's complicated, to say the least.

Yes, except Persona 3 FES has extra stuff that just Persona 3 did not, such as a continuation to the story of the original game.
