Ok "DebiBratz" haha I dont even know what to say really except laugh! I was skeptical as well, and Nathan encouraged me to call him on his cell phone as he encouraged you to do as well... So, I did actually call him as well as text him twice and he answered every time!.... I have had the system for 3 months and WILL BE CLOSING A $26,000 deal in 2 weeks. TAKE SOME ACTION & stop hatin on people... NUFF' SAID!!!!!

Hi Blake. Glad someone replied. I am so tired of being burned by internet scams I have to do whatever I can to try to weed out the bad from the good. Tell me though, did you sign up for their mentoring? Have you implemented their systems or do you do everything yourself? And how come it's taken you 3 months to close two deals? I appreciate your reply :)

because this is the real world. THe banks take freakin forever to get an answer on a short sales. THey take 3 months. SOmtimes shorter but sometimes longer. No way around that. Once you get a pipeline of deals flowing you have closings every month anyway so it really doen't matter.

Right. You neglect to say how long it took her to earn that check (3 to 6 months probably) and that it is necessary to take your expensive mentoring in order to make this work. If it works so well, front the course FIRST and THEN I'll pay you 10 times what you're asking for it. 'Nuf said.

she bought the course for $497 and signed up for $197 per month coaching. She bought it in October and now she has 38 deals in her pipeline. Why are you so mean hearted? lol jk. Call me on my cell if you want to talk 813-624-2884 - Nathan.

Nathan, I did enjoy that testimonial. Astrid is a believable investor/SSR customer. Most of the video testimonials are either you or investors that have been in the game for awhile. Keep 'em coming.
