How do I do octave up or down? I look up a whole bunch of other videos on YouTube and they just do Effect/Change Pitch. That's not what I want. Like when you go to Realtek HD Audio Manager, go to Sound Effects and go Karaoke +1 or -1? That's not what I want.

You know the icon next to the tool that you use to highlight everything? It looks like an hour glass. Just use that to gradually effect the audio. You use too many steps to do a simple, primitive audio level gradients.

That's too much work to accomplish what you wanted to do. There is a much easier way to do this, and that's using the envelop tool. With the envelop tool you don't have to go through all that and changing the wavelength by inputting numbers. All you need is a few clicks and you can do the same thing as this but much easier and faster. The envelop tool is right next to the select tool.

I appreciate the attempt but you have major clipping issues with your track. Your level meters should never go into the red, especially for a sustained amount of time

You could have used the envelope tool for gradual increase and decrease of the loudness of the main track (that's the blue line between two triangles). It would give a smoother effect than using "Amplify".
