The gameplay and the overal feel to this game is way better then the re-shelled version, everyone who played the original agrees. I highley recommend that you buy or try the original cause its truelly a world of diffrence. sorry if my english is bad ;)

This game is so nostalgic. I remember the late summer nights playing this game endlessly with my friends trying to make it closer and closer to the end of the game. Thanks for posting these!

I loved this game, but was there a difference in the abilities of each of the turtles? Cause if not, then that's unfair for Ralph and Mike to have short range weapons.

@Program61Lamza Raph was the fastest but had shitty attack and defense. Leo was the best all-around, Mikey had the best special attack and Donny had the longest range.

This is in my opinion the best beat em' up game ever made!!!! the controls were great, gameplay was solid and fun, awesome graphics and not to forget very cacthing music that'll never leave your mind. This was Konami doing their magic.

I played the Genesis one and it's way different then the SNES one like for example in the Genesis verison were in one stage you have to fight a gauntlet against L. Head with purple sking color insted of green against Rocksteady, Tatsu, and Stockman similar fight like in the TMNT II game.

I easily expected what you were going to do against Baxter, using the basic jump kicks instead of doing one of the attacks which lets you hit him twice in a row.
