I have naturally overly bad allergies, so I know for a fact that this is a bad year. I found that the good and bad years tend to alternate, but this year and last year were similar so far. My method is just staying inside all day unless neccecary to leave the house because my allergies are so bad. A place that seems to work wonders is the beach. Just sitting on the beach breathing in the ocean air seems to help.
