Great vocals. But as the great Bill Gaither who cut this song said, run that lyric through your brain. It doesn't sound bad, put part of sharing the gospel is living it out, ya gotta act like you believe what you are saying. There is no doubt in my mind God loves it when his people praise his name. But we also have to reach the lost, and to do that, we must let our actions speak out. Be excited! You are representing the creator of the universe.
@bush61, I totally get where ur coming from. But I'm thinking their not as passionate sounding as they couold be because theyre nervouse about singing this just right. WHich no doubt they did. That's whats difficult about putting so much emphasis on getting the singing perfect, its easy to lose the fun in it. But anyways, I think they did a beautiful job.
Good song. It's hard to top GVB, though. ;) Still, Michael Parker has got to be thrilled that his winning entry for the songwriting contest in 2005 has touched so many people. Excellent job.
