go to the spring thing, should be to your right depend on where you are with the RYNO plan on the ledge on your left. Use the Soaker thing, in order to use the spring board thing. Get the oil somewhere above the right ledge. Once you use it you should be somewhere with a tall platform with a command "R2+square" use it in order to get on the ledge.

what you do is follow through the game, beat the Valkyrie bot in a SPACESHIP. Go into the Raritanium cup and beat it . Once you do that you will get the treasure mapper and therefore can get the RYNO early

You have to beat both championships.

You beat the game and don't go to challenge mode warp back before you beat the last boss and then go to the Agorian Battleplex and it should be unlocked.
