  • @1979saxman Yes, since almost anything can be played over dominant chords.

  • That was concert Bb and E because the trumpet is a Bb instrument...right? Those ideas work really well on altered chords with a natural 13 and all of the related tonic diminished chords.

  • Yeah, that's right. If you think in concert pitch it is concert Bb and concert E.

    Yes, this does work well on altered chords. Cool.
