Dude I'm also struggling I've been working out on and off for about 2 years now, and I'm always finding myself to go down to that 50kg stage... or 53 kgs... Im trying to bulk up, eating lots as the best of my ability and also some protein etc... But I always, i dunno man I'm still trainng too so yeah well see!

  • You have put some weight on, now it's time to do some serious weight training. Joining a gym is a great place to start. Just make yourself go, even when you don't feel like going, just get in the car and drive. That's what i do. Then when i get there i'm straight in the zone.

  • you still skinny man. do compound movements when u work out. squats, bench press, shoulder press, pull ups then u can add more size !!!!!

  • @Krittabunly to put on size is easy.Just eat more.To gain muscle is very slow proces.But you will have to eat more anyway if you train.Eat 6 times a day.doesnt have to be big portions, anything is better than nothing, but try to eat most on your brakefast and main meal+when you do train immediately after workout.And when you workout dont slack off nor overtrain.good way is to try push just a little harder each workout.For more detailed info PM privat message.(sry for my bad english)

  • @Kingstreakful my diet wasnt exatly the best at that time but i did have 2 - 3 main meals a day.I wouldnt recomend that now though.Best choice whit which u cant go wrong is to eat every 2,5h-3h whole time u awake.That apply to everyone , every bodytype.As for how much and what ,thats very individual.I'll sugest to listen to your body and eat only as much as needed to last that 3h tops.Then u should be just about to be hungry again.+ dont forget to add 0,5liter water to each meal.

  • These changes are due to growing through puberty, not dedication and hard work in the gym. Also bicep curls are a complete waste of time if you're wanting to make big gains. Just do your research if you want it that much.

  • I salute you brother. I was 57.5 kilos a year and about 7 months ago. I felt lame, week, tired. Now, whit workout, a good diet and strong will, im 70 kilos and felling good!!!

  • @runescapeeva im sure i wrote it somewhere already but - i ate 3 times a day 100-150g chicken breasts whit fried salted chips and wash it whit 0,5 orange juice.inbetween that day i had 2apples +one bannana and some cookies.sometimes i had also bonus meal like some  meat also around100g-150g and rice one sack.

    But this is really unhealthy lifestyle and u will add loads of fat too.And i did it for year like that.On start i eat much less.i startet only whit one meal and + the rest.

  • @Mecher529 i dont see your point , u see no gains?after long?i stoped training at 15y old.let it go till my 24y old.And in the 7months progress u can see here that i was going into gym is obvious.If u cant see it, than u need to put away your pink glasses cos thats much better than i was expecting in that short time and is on the edge of possible.Remember i was not novice, my body had starter BOOM when i was 14y and first time went to gym.After the initial boom it is much harder.lesson learned?

  • @TomikCsvk Im not trying to be mean trust me I what your doing but your doing it all wrong. Right now im 6' 3'' 170 pounds.. In one month I gained 15 pounds. I did this by drinking weight gainer shakes and eating 6-7 meals a day.. Eating FISH, PASTA, EGG WHITES,OATS, and so on. You might be working out a lot but thats not what u need to do. Nutrition is 90% of what you should be doing to build muscle and get bigger. I will post my video soon and post it on here so u can see what i mean.

  • @GMICKIE28 right now its 70kg-80kg sometimes according to how much strenght i got left (i never start training chest whit bench) x10 in each set.(sometimes im soo weak already i manage to only 6repetition or so in each set) 4sets always.if i do less than 10 reps in each set.i do 6,7sets of 6 reps.

  • @mgsocelot1 Rub greasy cream on your muscles to avoid stretch marks. And i dont think you can remove them :S

  • wow great video man! im on the same path right now. 2 months ago , i was 139pounds and now im at 160 pounds just because of increasing my calorie intake and intense short, high weight low reps weighlifting sessions 2-3 a week. my goal is 170 at the moment and when i reach it i will decide what my future plans are but yeah. good job man.

  • @MaxUutew well, i guess u came here for motivation, thats first step.The only question is ,are u realy lazy?or just shy to go to gym?What about homeworkouts?basic pushups and pullups will make a big difference.Try to start whit 100 reps in one session (dosnt matter how long session it will be) of each.And then add 10 reps every 2 weeks.And always try to make the session as short as possible.U will gain mass and strenght real fast.and yeah,try to add some meals to your diet.GL and thx!

  • @yeeaaabuddy Its in the video...But the most important change came when i start going to GYM in June 2009 and the last picture is in February 2010.So less than a year.If u ment the weightgain in from 2006 to 2007 that was due to junkfood for a year...But it gave me too much of fat and i needed to get rid of it,so i start finaly going to gym in 2009 due to that...Now i have proper diet and im gaining pure muscle only.Im trying to change my body since o was 14y old...Hope i answered your question

  • @EpicDearz Head up! , its much more easy than u think ,the only catch is ,it takes much more time than u think.Just be persistent and dont give up.Also take pic every 2 month or whenever u feel u made change and compare previous pics.Thats why i did take those pics. To motivate myself, cos i knew it will be small change in short time, but in the picture u can notice change and then on the long run if u compare month 1 to lets say month 6 U definitely can see change, and that will keep u moving.

  • @fix520 U got to start whit better diet.Diet is 90 percent of succes.Try eat every 2 hours,but only as much as it will last for that next 2 hours.After training u can eat large.But be carefull what u wish for , i have to fight fat now :D.Anyway if u eat every 2 hours when u awake and u eat clean u will not add much fat if any, but remember if u gaining clean muscle it will take 6months minimum to see visible diference.If ur novice, make it 3 months ur body will adapt and change faster.GL to u!
