sometimes it takes awhile for the spirit to leave. it doesn't usually happen immediately. "resist satan, and he will flee from you" sometimes takes awhile for such resistence to battle its way through the bondage that needs to be broken. people praying along side helps also (there are reasons for this).

Once again, the fastest deliverance (I believe) is when it is accompanied by TRUTH encounter...when the person being delivered has FAITH and keeps their eyes on Jesus

Knowing all sins are forgiven is also important.

The burden of proof doe not have to be on the Christians alone. It is to be placed on all of the four guests appearing on this show. Why appeal to authority only. You can get enough in any self help website to test the claims. Researchers are out for grants, seniority, ego and everything else and what double or triple blind study doesn't have problems with it? I don't know many. Personally I don't agree with everything in the SIlva method but it's still great training and I recommend it. There are other good things out there too. As long as we have freedom of information, don't let any narrowminded people stop you training.
