This funeral goes beyond any sort of religious divide, it was about a loss for Glasgow and a loss for Scotland. A sign a a great man that just for a day his passing brought about universal feeling.

i watched a programme dedicated to tommy burns today and everyone had a story to tell about the man, all which showed him to be a great guy. you always hear when people die how great they were but i think in tommy burn's case it was all true. no one did have a bad word to say about the guy and when everyone was telling their story they had a smile on their face. think that shows just what they thought of him.
