  • The true anthem to this AWESOME series, well done :)

  • neville <3

  • This should have been in the credits!! but they had to put williams music in

  • great song but who sang it?!

  • love this song know i off by heart <3

  • @nham666 When Deathly Hallows Part 2 comes out on DVD, I say DO IT! :D

  • am I the only who things the original movies had the best score

  • @jstarwars360 nope :)

  • great =¨(

  • Who sings this. They are Really good.

  • AWESOME really wished they had squeezed this song in the last one.

  • I'm nearly crying...thats weird....

  • I've learned to read with Harry Potter. I was 6 or 7 when i was reading this (sorry for my english, i'm french ^^). It's so weird to think that it's the end...The end of Harry Potter and my childhood (18 in november). Sigh...

"And as you fold through all the pages of your life

Will you recall those as the best days of your life" So real...

  • Why the hell did they chose to remove this song and a montage of the movies from the last movie. David Yates is a cocksucker. He ruined the Harry Potter movies and he didn't even chose to give the series a proper sentimental ending. Unbelievable.

  • i really feel like making a proper credits to deathly hallows 2 with this song...

  • We found courage with Neville.

We learned how to be unique with Luna.

We fought our demons with Ginny.

We made all the wrong choices with Draco.

    We got confidence with Ron.

We? learned new things with Hermione.

And? we stuck with Harry untill the very end.

-So guys this is not over. Hogwarts will always be there to welcome us home!

  • @LolGuy619 well said

  • Goosebumps all over. I have followed this series for 10 years, I'm 23 this year and I'm still as big of a fan as I was all those years ago when I'd read the first chapter of the first book and knew my life had changed.

Thank you, this is a perfect way to sum up my childhood up.

  • Wow, I was 13 when I read the first book, and now I saw the last movie ten years later...It was a great journey, and I enjoyed it.

And for all people who said that it was only for kids, I say F... you guys. You can laught at me, I don't care. I'm proud to say that I love Harry potter, and I cried all the time when I saw the second part of the Deathly Hollows. It was so epic, and now it is over.

  • Who ever you are that made this video and song...............thank you. Wow! Has it been this long? Time flies when adventure is in your blood and dreams come flying along. Thank you again and God Bless J.K. Rowling for giving this world a story that will touch every childs heart with the magic of Love, Friendship, Trust and Hope and Never Never Giving up! Thanks to everyone who made these movies possabile.

    Mr DK

  • @TheMomberg Nice comment, thank you for that.

  • which song is dis actually??

  • I meant iTunes on my previous comment sorry

  • You should upload this video on YouTube so we can all buy it and enjoy it more! I would love to have this on my iPod everywhere I go. Love the song, love the video, I love Harry potter.

  • I was 2 when the first one came out now im 12? Wow... I can't believe it. Harry's over. Mischief managed.

  • @ThePuppyluv14 Wow! You were a baby! I was 6 or 7. Ah...what a childhood right? For me? Mischief not quite managed. :)

  • I grew up with Harry Potter. This is my childhood. I can't help but cry when I watch this. I'm really going to miss these books and movies. They really held magic. They always will. I feel like with the end of the series is the end of the world. I love the Harry Potter series!

  • Gah, I can still remember sitting in the top section of the movie theater back in November of 2001 at midnight just waiting with my family for the first movie to begin. I remember every Harry Potter movie premier, I was always there with my Mom, sitting in the top/mid rows, at the Cherokee 16 in Towne Lake. I'm gunna really miss these movies. The books were great and the movies were genius. They brought my family together for just one night for a few hours. Thank your J. K. Rowling, thank you.

  • it all ends

  • I LOVE the chorus of this song!

  • This was originally going to be in the end credits? I LOVE that they had the original John Williams music play in the credits, but now I think they should have stuck with playing that music, THEN this, maybe as a little montage with clips from the other movies as a memento to the series or something.

  • @airbendingavatar1 Yeah, that would have been perfect. Anyway, thanks for the comment.

  • Harry Potter series is a classic and will live forever. I cry ever time when I'm reminded by this video of how much its changed my life. Great job!

  • wonderful video!

  • Very nice video i love this song, thank so much for the video!!!

  • i want them to make more HP movies ;(

  • i can't stop watching and listening to this aha

  • It was sad not hearing this song at the end of the film...I was disappointed :(

  • @andrewdisney1 yeah I was too, but the original John Williams score worked great at the end.

  • @MsTara16 You mean it wasn't in the credits at all? Hmm, they might release it for DVD

  • @MsTara16 Yeah It was Great Too! :) I also wanted to see the credits with the Actors' Name and Then There Characters Growing Over Time...like Daniel Radcliffe to Sorcerer's, Chamber, Prisoner, Goblet, Order, Half-Blood, Part 1 and Finally Part 2...and do that for all the cast listed.. :( Oh Well

  • @MsTara16 Do you happen to know the name of that particular song made by John Williams?

  • @G14cl Think the end music by JW was called 'Leaving Hogwarts' and of course 'Hedwigs Theme'.

  • @MsTara16 Thanks :)

  • @andrewdisney1 be happy they did not stop doing all the movies

  • @clubpenguinlemonhead I am...can't I make an opinion?

  • I remember seeing the very first Harry Potter film when I was only 5 years old. I'm almost 15 years old now... And It's been my life I guess. It's really not going to feel the same with it >-<

  • @Samburger101 Sup sheepeh :D

  • Comment removed

  • after the premiere today and seeing them all crying, listening to this just touches my heart so much, as cheesy as it sounds... it's been half of my childhood like Emma had said, i've grown up with Harry Potter and it just wont feel right without it.

  • @arrieissocoollike Well said, and thank you.

  • For end credits on HP7 part 2, they should fully orchestrate the classic "Harry Potter/Hedwigs Theme" from the 1st movie, make it loud, heart-wrenching and magnificent. That's definietly what they need to do.

    My life would be complete.

  • @jaefashionista i think Leaving Hogwarts would have a better affect

  • Excellent Vid!!! Song reminds me of somethin' Coldplay would do

  • very beautiful song, im crying already listening to it. So many Harry Potter memories. cant believe it'll be over on July 15th. Harry Potter Lives Forever!!

  • my god! AMAZING. is this going to be the actual song for the end credits of hp7 pt 2? still kind of confused with that, but it's brilliant and it would be ridiculous if it isn't in the film!

  • @officiallydaisy Yeah, I agree it would be a shame not to use this song.. it fits so well. Still I'm sure whatever the producers decide to do it will be fantastic, they haven't got it wrong so far! Thanks for the comment.

  • @MsTara16 whats the name of the song man in who sings it

  • @MsTara16 This would of been hot for the end of Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 but it was nice hearing the original soundtrack from the first Harry Potter! I wish John Williams had composed the music for ALL the HP films...

  • the video is realy great!! And the song too!!

Everytime I see it, I remember why I love Harry Potter!!

  • @xxxxHaibaraxxxx Well Bless you for that..and yeah, we love HP too..so good.

  • beautiful video!!!! and I am looking forward to HARRY POTTER AND DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2.

  • TOO GOOD FOR WORDS.

  • This would make a great animash video.

  • What's the name of this song?

  • @BigDC100 Nevermind

  • I dont like the song :(

  • why did harry potter start when i was 1 i mean icould of been eleven but no now the series has 2 end when im 12

  • Fuck You Twilight!! Harry Potter Will Always Be The Best!! HARRY POTTER FOREVER!!!

  • It makes me cry... again and again...

  • Does anybody have text of this song please?

  • @AnilaShals The lyrics are in the side bar under the video, thanks.

  • i think this should realy be the hp dh pt 2 ending song

  • @MsTara16

I am very sorry, this song won't be used in the credits of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. It will be called, "Through the Darkness" by Enya.

  • This is amazing! It really got to me - genuine tears! It would be a perfect ending to the Potter series. Ok, so it probably needs a big name to sing - but it's got something. Anyone from Warner out there? - you should definitely make this the end credits song. Well done Ms Tara16!!

  • Oh damn, I'm up to cry... I still remember when I went to see the first movie, with my daddy and my little sister... and I watched the seventh one with... yeah, still my sis but also the boy I... well... I'd like to call my boyfriend one day!

  • man this is great! where did you get this song?

  • wow...please contact SOMEONE about this. i would love to see this in the film's credits...it really captures all the emotions of the story, as well as those of the fans who have grown up with the books/movies.

  • Is this song really going to be played during the credits? I really like the song, but I think Shattered by Trading Yesterday would work better.

  • The song is beautiful! Where did you find it?

  • "And as you fall" LOL Great syncing with Dumbledore's death.

I really like the song, I hope they show the clips of the previous films in the credits (You know, if you wait long enough in a cinema, videos play in the credits).

  • i love this moment when he say ,,never,, 0:55 :)))))

  • Like Lord of the Rings, they should have animations of the cast/characters with the actors name, credits!! That would get to me :'( and show the past of Harry Potter Through The Years!

  • This Song Would Probably Make Me Cry When I See The End...Especially The Happy Ending! <3

  • I don't entirelly get it. is it an official song for the movie or did you wright it ? and where or when can we get the final version ? ho and one more things, I prepared an mini series of review of the saga (in french, if you can understand it ^^) for the release of the part 2, can I use this song for the opening ?

  • I thought end of an era by OB and the remembralls would be a really good ending but this is even better

  • awesome. just... awesome

  • That scene at 2:08.. don't think I ever saw that part

  • hmm..nice,but i expected it to be more sad...then again, harry and co had a long future ahead of them...its just sad for the viewers...

  • love the hedwigs theme in this :D

  • I hope not. Frankly, I'll be satisfied with a song written just for the ending, whether Desplat is composing or Williams comes back. Williams will give it a proper send off and Desplat has said he admires Williams enough that I'm sure he could come up with a cool Hedwig's theme type song. This just sounds like some Wrock (and not good at that)...and I don't believe anything until I see it officially from WB.

  • pt. 2 SHOULD END LIKE THIS, like with return of the king with into the west, they should have this song end the film............. *sob :( * that would be amazing. this song fits perfectly for the WHOLE SERIES!!!!

  • @SpiderBoy992 Yeah, 'Into The West' was a brilliant ending. HP deserves a special send off too. Thanks for the comment.

  • @MsTara16 hey man wannabe friends please say yes bro please

  • @SpiderBoy992 a man to that one brother

  • whoa. brilliant music. brilliant video. brilliant syncing. this vid deserves so much more than 1500 views.

i hope they don't screw up HP7. it's gonna b a lasting memory, so it had better be freakin awesome. so lookin forward to it. more so after watching this

    beautiful

  • @hot1ace Thank you for taking the time to say something nice..glad you enjoyed it.

  • @MsTara16 cheers.

  • The music is good. The lyrics are a bit cheesy but I imagine that's how it should be in the final movie of a famous franchise. However, the part "those as the best days" when sang quickly just doesn't sound right to my ears. Also "let the voice of the wind be the voice now for all of your friends' part looks out of place, as if the author desperately needed to add the word "friends" to the song and just randomly put it somewhere near the end.

  • Did it HAVE to be the same with Narnia ending??

"Close your eyes" and all that stuff.

    To much Hollywood imho.

Though music is good in the beginning, yes.

  • I hope you ae right. and we hear this amazing song on End Credits. But i dint like on 1:26/ Too fast

  • Can't wait to hear the finished version, such a brilliant song.

  • The song was good until the someone started singing. The lyrics and singing is horrible but the background music sounded like a a good score piece. I actually hope this isn't included in the final cut of the film.

  • @masht11 This vocal is just a guide track for the demo version and the guy is clearly not a singer, I imagine they would find a vocalist to front it should they use it in the movie. Thanks for your feedback masht11 :)

  • @MsTara16 I actually really liked this guy singing. much better than some of today's modern singers

  • It's a wonderful song and fits the mood of the films perfectly. I would LOVE to hear this at the end of the movie. Needs a better singer and bigger production though..but it could be huge.

  • That is sooo sweett!! I would seriously (Siriusly? :P) be crying through the entire credits sequence if that song played. Granted, I'm going to be basically crying from the end of The Prince's Tale to the end of the movie, but still... That is such a beautiful song... did you write it? I absolutely LOVE it... :) lessthanthree ;)

  • @PotterPirateFan Can't say who wrote it but I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It is quite emotional, the lyrics fit so perfectly. Thanks for the comment :)

  • thinks mstara16 but i looked it up on youtube in i didsn't find so much of this song i am sorry you had to find the music for me i am sorry you had to i won't ask you nothing else again if it was too much trouble for you to find it i am sorry you sound mad at me

  • @DazKei No problem at all...thanks for listening. Hope you enjoyed hearing the song. :-)

  • hey man whats the name of the song please please tell me i am a fan of harry potter a fan boy of harry potter

  • @DazKei The song is called 'Magic Through Time'

  • Wow, this is a beautiful song. I hope it really is in the movie. It would be a perfect end, actually it reminds me of 'Into the West' from the last LOTR..even though that film was 3 hours people stayed through the end credits for the song. I could see the same happening with this. Where did it come from?

  • Wait a minute....is this THE REAL song from DH part2??

    I mean...its beautiful and I love it...

but it really will be in the movie???

  • @HSMusicalfan95 Can't say for sure, but glad you loved the song because I do too and it would be a nice way to end the series.

  • @MsTara16 well....it's like PERFECT for the movie!!

The lyrics perfectly match to the story from the movie!

    Where did you get it??

  • @HSMusicalfan95 Sorry I can't tell you where I got it, but I can say that it was definitely written for Deathly Hallows Pt.2. Stick around for the end credits on July 15th 2011 and see.

  • @MsTara16 Ok:) Thank you anyway...this song is AMAZING!
